The staff here are great and for the most part the other tenets are too (only one or two are "shady" complainers)... it is super dog friendly and everyone's puppies get along... the apts are pretty sound proof from my end... I don't really hear anything... It is an old building so we have ac units vice central air but it works out fine and you can always request for more if needed... so far my wife and I love it here!!! And we have friends that want to eventually move here too! The area is great! You are walking distance to the park, zoo, science center and countless museums. There are plenty of restaurants with every type of food you could possibly want!

When I come to visit her it is like I never left. I wish we had a place like this in Texas. Orion is awesome luxury in the Central West End with everything at your fingertips, including a Whole Foods on the first floor! Euclid is very walkable with many fun restaurants nearby. High end shopping, movie theater, attractions - all within walking distance. The area is well maintained with beautiful flowers and fun holiday decorations. They are very pet friendly, and we have met good friends at the monthly events.

Also, most fixtures and furnishes are good quality, however the 'wooden' floors scratched so easily I was afraid to do a lot on them. If anyone is looking for an apartment in this area I'd recommend it. The price is right, the apartments are nice, and management is the best. It is a very secure building with underground parking and exceptional views of the sunset and sunrise. It is literally one block from the heartbeat of the Central West End! Thankfully I came across Cortona, it was like love at first site. Im not just talking just the apartment but the staff was just phenomenal all around. Each and everyone worker was super helpful, understanding, and went above and beyond every time. Maintainer is like magic, they are so damn fast! The apartment is insanely great. The pool is to die for and great for hosting friends & bbq. The neighbors were super kind, generous, and fun. Cortona has events every couple month to get the community together, like, cocktail hour, game night, holiday parties & even events for your doggo. I have a 110 pound shepherd & they welcomed him like their own. The place has a grooming area for the doggo that allows you the wash your dog and blow dry them, not to include the huge dog park. If I did not purchase a home I would have lived here until I did, I absolutely love this place and will miss it dearly. Thank you Cortona for this amazing experience!

While living there for a…read moreyear I had confidentiality problems with the apartment building manager and when I tried to contact the main corporate office about it my voicemail was forwarded directly back to the apartment manager whom it was regards. I wanted to sublease my apartment and in my lease agreement it clearly stated that I could and that I just had to get it approved through the office beforehand. The manager became buddy buddy with my roommate and when my roommate mentioned to her that she would rather just not have a roommate during the time I wanted to sublease it the manger quickly changed her mind on allowing me to sublease it, denying my request solely because her "friend" wanted something different. When did living somewhere become a dictatorship? I was told I had no say in the matter and that I just had to fork over the money for the rest of my lease term. Oh and did I mention finding cockroaches multiple times inside the apartment....and I'd say I am a pretty clean living person.
