I've worked with Daniel Estrada and the Estrada Team at CrossCountry Mortgage for years, and they've delivered for me and my clients every single time. Daniel really knows his stuff, but he also explains everything in a way that makes sense to people. My clients always tell me they feel a lot more confident after talking with him. His team offers a wide range of loan programs, and they truly work hard to make things happen, even on the tougher files. They don't give up easily, and that kind of effort makes a big difference in this business. What I appreciate most is their follow-up. They stay connected with clients long after closing. As a real estate agent, I'll admit my follow-up isn't always perfect, but Daniel's team keeps that relationship going for months and even years. It takes a lot off my shoulders and gives clients the ongoing support they deserve. Daniel Estrada and the Estrada Team are well established, highly reviewed, and completely dependable. I recommend them to anyone who needs mortgage financing and wants a team that actually cares. read more

He has been very honest w us and has always tried to give us the best advise and help based on our situation. The loan process was long, but Daniel guided us til the very end. Certainly recommend this place for anyone out there trying to take out future loans. The office is very professional. Daniel at New American Funding takes advantage of people who are ignorant to the escrow process. Daniels tactic at making numbers appear as if he did some magic to your loan is a tactic to corner unsuspecting first time home owners. If working with Daniel and New American Funding I would pay attention at how your escrow and impound account are structured. After the loan is closed and you realize what you signed his response is "there is nothing I can do for you, sorry about that" fortunately for me I was able to move my loan to a lender with integrity. I would recommend Signature Home lending. Ask for Joe Navarro. read more

I recently purchased a home and moved in this past July 2nd, my lender was New American Funding. Our primary contact with them was Daniel Estrada who created the first experience of purchasing a home for my wife and I very simple even through the requests of documents to verify income, etc. I have heard horror stories about purchasing a home, especially for a first time buyer in both the loan process and beyond but Daniel and his team provided an experience completely opposite of that. Daniel and New American Funding were direct with us from beginning to end and provided advice along the way. As a customer you need to know all the information whether good or bad, this information was always given to us promptly and we appreciate that. In the beginning when the requests for document & verification began I will admit I felt a little overwhelmed but as I communicated with Daniel and his team, they answered every single question we had and instilled high trust in their work. Whether you are a new buyer or someone buying another home, look no further for your lender because New American Funding will handle all of your home purchasing needs with one of the best customer service experience you will encounter. For being a first time home buyer, Daniel laid everything out for me down to the T! He let me know where I stood and gave me all of my options upfront on paper so I had a visual on what my options were. The process was exceptionally easy and Daniel and his team worked with me to get the deal I wanted. I was able to use CalHFA which I didn't know about till him, put zero down and stay within my budget. Best first time ever. read more

We were first time homebuyers with little to no hope after dealing with a bad process from another mortgage lender. From the first meeting with Daniel, he was honest and told us what we needed to take care of to avoid problems during escrow . As first time buyers , we had no idea how this process worked and how long it took so we had A LOT of questions throughout and Daniel and his team were there when we needed questions answered. In the middle of escrow my Fiancé received a job offer she couldn't refuse and I received a cut in my income making it seem impossible to get into our home with all these changes but Daniel never gave up.. He made it happen! We'd like to thank Daniel and his team for everything ! read more

Very knowledgeable made me think of different scenarios when it came to budgeting my money with the house payment and what to expect

My wife and I recently used New American Funding to purchase our house in Shafter, CA. The staff at New American Funding was very knowledgable about the USDA loan that we had applied for and kept us up to date on all of the processes that took place during our loan funding. For our specific loan, we were asked to put down a $1,500 deposit for estimated fees from escrow etc. We did not expect to receive any of it back, but received all of it back in full after our house funded. Our payment was also estimated to be $100 higher a month than it actually was. In the end, we were very satisfied with everything that New American Funding did to help us fund our house with no money down, a lower interest rate than expected, and a lower mortgage payment than expected. I would highly recommend this business for any funding needs. read more

My wife and I recently had the great fortune of purchasing our first home. We set up various appointments with different lenders and there was always one thing or another that didn't quite convince us of utilizing their services. After meeting Daniel Estrada we got this good vibe from him that we didn't get from other lenders we had talked to in the past. He's a savvy guy and real down to earth. This made us feel more at ease and we decided to go ahead and use his services. It turned out to be a very good decision! Our loan process went extremely well. Daniel and his team made it best case scenario for us. It was a stress free, fast process. He always made time in his busy schedule to call us back and answer the many many questions we had and always kept us informed on what stage of the process we were at. My hat goes off to Daniel and his team for the extraordinary work they do. Thank you for making one of the most important decisions of our lives so easy! read more
