Daniel really knows his stuff, but he also explains everything in a way that makes sense to people. My clients always tell me they feel a lot more confident after talking with him. His team offers a wide range of loan programs, and they truly work hard to make things happen, even on the tougher files. They don't give up easily, and that kind of effort makes a big difference in this business. What I appreciate most is their follow-up. They stay connected with clients long after closing. As a real estate agent, I'll admit my follow-up isn't always perfect, but Daniel's team keeps that relationship going for months and even years. It takes a lot off my shoulders and gives clients the ongoing support they deserve. Daniel Estrada and the Estrada Team are well established, highly reviewed, and completely dependable. I recommend them to anyone who needs mortgage financing and wants a team that actually cares.

I really appreciated that he wasn't willing to put me in a loan that wouldn't meet my needs. About a year later the rates dropped and we ended up refinancing at a much better rate. Even then before we signed he actually asked me if we had plans to move in the next couple of years. He mentioned that if we were planning to move he suggested not refinancing as we wouldn't realize the cost savings over a short time. Again I appreciate that he's honest to the point of not making money on my loan if we decided against it. Having all the information makes the decision making less stressful. Once we decided to go ahead the process was quick and simple most things were done online via accu-sign. It's done, and we're happy, I would highly recommend!

A 15 minute consultation turned into an hour long conversation with Scott Barks. After our phone conversation, I was already leaning in the direction of going with the firm. The firm takes a holistic approach to the individual as they get to know their client besides the financial assets the client brings. The office staff are great and you feel like family right away. Everything has been friendly and casual to this point - they understand our financial personalities and risk tolerance, and have been working diligently to rework some existing accounts to better reflect what we hope to achieve. We have specifically been working with Scott Barks and have loved our interactions thus far. Scott is friendly and down to earth. She has been incredibly friendly, caring, patient, and professional throughout the entire home-buying process. One thing that truly stood out was her communication. No matter the time of day--even late at night--she was always quick to respond to my questions and made sure I felt informed every step of the way. She turned what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth and enjoyable one. As a DACA recipient, I had been turned away by other lenders or was never informed about programs that could help me become a homeowner. Veronica was different. She took the time to educate me, explore every option available, and gave me hope when others had not. Because of her knowledge, dedication, and willingness to go the extra mile, my dream of owning a home became a reality. I am also incredibly grateful that Veronica connected me with Luna, who was equally supportive and helpful throughout the process.
