I'm newly a WeHa dweller, and was searching for a locally accessible and experienced Aesthetic APRN or MD to get maintenance injectables (Botox or Dysport), and other similar services (peels, microdermabrasion, etc.). I was seeking a proficiently knowledgeable practitioner with exceptionally high standards, quality products and services offered. I am savvy enough of a shopper/client/patient to look for a provider offering quality services that are NOT ridiculously overpriced or underpriced but then diluted. Until, in this area, the vast majority of local businesses (especially spa and nonsurgical cosmetic beauty services) tend to mark up their prices astronomically! All simply due to the zip code their businesses reside in. However, when I found the fabulous and highly acclaimed Aesthetic APRN, Alicia Bravo, Owner of Bravo Beauty, I was enthralled! I am beyond neurotic when it comes to throughly researching such a practitioner, especially when it comes to these types of services. Alicia came hugely recommended and had a roaringly flawless internet presence as well! It's exceptionally rare to find a business without any negative reviews; however, I did not come across even one bad review for her or her business, Bravo Beauty! I was even more impressed when I called to schedule an appointment and she honored her Groupon rate offer. I was a new customer and the offer had sold out (her offers regularly sell out quickly) online. I'm not one to typically purchase any type of cosmetic services at a discounted price, but in this instance I felt confident that it was entirely safe and would be a quality transaction. Her reviews spoke for themselves and there were a plethora of them to back up the fanfare! When I later met Alicia, I told her about her positive and polished reviews. She then explained to me that she's attempting to grow her business and that thousands of women see her offers online this way. It made entire sense to me. When I first arrived at the Off Center Salon and Spa to visit Bravo Beauty, I was thoroughly impressed with the modern decor, friendly staff, and overall cleanliness standards reminiscent of a hospital. Alicia as a practitioner is very knowledgeable, vivacious, and I immediately felt at ease speaking with her. She was very thorough, and I didn't feel rushed during my appointment at all. I felt that Alicia knew the science of injectables exceedingly well and I was quite impressed that she wasn't trying to sell or pressure me to purchase more services than I actually needed. I had only used Dysport in the past and told her that even though I'm in my early 30's, that I had been given way too much of it in the past. She then explained to me that Dysport often produces a, "softer," look in contrast to Botox. She then recommended that we use 20 units, instead of 40 units and that if I felt I needed more, to call her in 10-14 days. I was very happy with the outcome of my experience using Bravo Beauty as a nonsurgical cosmetic provider and I would HIGHLY recommend her services to a friend or family member! I give her 5 stars without even blinking and typically I can be quite critical, so know that if I believe her business and standards are this superb that it's truly a rarity!

The products that she sells and uses are high quality and have safe ingredients. The thing that is truly unique about Mansfield Hollow Skincare is the level of personal service that you receive. As I was trying to prep for my wedding she took the time to check in with me after treatments to see how new products were working. She was available for all of my questions and always made me feel like I could reach out whenever I wasn't sure. About a week before my wedding I had a horrible breakout. My most recent facial was last week in her lovely new space! She begins your service with a brief discussion of your skincare concerns (over a cup of tea) and some recommendations for the treatment. I arrived feeling stressed, with dry skin, minor breakouts (at 41 years of age!), and congested pores. I left with hydrated, softer skin, the tension in my neck and shoulders gone (!) from the wonderful massage Sara provided while the therapeutic mask worked on my face. I did also purchase a Rejuvi (brand name) eye gel and facial moisturizer which I am quite pleased with after several days of application. Sara has a range of products available which she has personally researched and tested. She will educate you on the use and application of these products to ensure you get bang for the buck! The price points are quite reasonable. I feel quite fortunate I am able to incorporate Sara's skincare into my budget and schedule, but should be clear to note the quality of her treatments, the products used and the results are superior to more expensive spas in the area, and her approach is more personalized. When I have had a question about a product I purchased from her, or I have not been able to get in to see her, Sara is readily accessible by e-mail or a quick call to offer advice or suggestions for home care that supported my skin health and appearance until I was able to schedule another consultation and treatment. I like that they offer 30 minute massages (most places around here don't) because sometimes that's all I need (or all my wallet can take). I'm in pain a lot and often need a light touch. Jessica is my massage therapist and she always asks how the pressure is, which I really appreciate, since sometimes it's hard for me to speak up when I want something changed. She also remembers that I don't like the front of my neck touched and other little details. Her technique seems to be the perfect fit for me and she's the only person other than my partner I trust to touch me so I can really relax (and I'm the type of person who needs to really relax)! The receptionist and other staff I've met are really pleasant people.
