The facilities are clean, well maintained, and the space has really met the needs of our business. They offer a number of different setups, office sizes, and layouts. contracts can be month-to-month or longer term which is super nice to have some flexibility. Utilities and internet are separate from the rent on units we have rented but could be different depending on the unit/building. Conference rooms are available for rent for tenants, but we haven't utilized this yet ourselves. The parking lots were recently resealed, and the maintenance team seems to always be working to keep up with the property and buildings.

All their rooms are set up with everything you need for a business meeting. We regularly use their large screen TVs for power point presentations and their state of the art webcam, the Meeting Owl (look it up, it's awesome), which our virtual attendees for our hybrid meeting really enjoy. The meetings we hold there are usually board meetings or hybrid meetings held for CE credit. OfficeTeam is one of the best resources we have. We use the Hyde Park and Blue Ash locations and have never had a problem.
