CMC Properties has been a great resource for our business. We have rented two different spaces now in the complex, and the process is easy. Melissa and the rest of the management team have been super helpful throughout our time here, and are always willing to answer any questions we have.
The facilities are clean, well maintained, and the space has really met the needs of our business. They offer a number of different setups, office sizes, and layouts. contracts can be month-to-month or longer term which is super nice to have some flexibility. Utilities and internet are separate from the rent on units we have rented but could be different depending on the unit/building.
Conference rooms are available for rent for tenants, but we haven't utilized this yet ourselves. The parking lots were recently resealed, and the maintenance team seems to always be working to keep up with the property and buildings. read more
