I do love having a garage to park my rig in. The complex is very clean and well taken care of. The maintenance crew is awesome and very responsive and the amenities of the complex are great. The Spruce cleaning and chore service is a great add to the community and makes housework a breeze. My biggest complaint is the internet service. It's very subpar for 2021. They require you to use the media packaging they provide - but can't even manage to drop gigabit circuits to each apartment like other complexes in the area, which makes it very hard to work from home when everyone is using the internet (and working from home themselves). But if you yank out the networking gear provided by the complex and use your own switch and router it is a bit more bearable. But they should really fix the incoming internet circuit to make the media bundle worth the price being paid. I would refer friends who needed to find a new complex here.
