What she initially said to you was not a big deal - she answers ALL of my emails, contacts the majority of my clients and i really don't have to explain WHY my wife works at OUR business - thats insane .. Here is my response to your complaints as follows .. #1 - Our TVs are 55 inch TVs on 5-6 foot truss stands - no they do not rotate as most of them don't .. It is not our fault or liability if the way the room is designed in conjunction with how our TVs are set up that guests can not see them - we have actually NEVER had this complaint EVER !! #2 - 2 business cards on the table is not our fault if someone puts them there. ALSO, your complaining about 2 cards? Why would my DJ leave 2 cards there - i never did that in 30 years of business - sorry this so offends you .. Also, you can not tell me I CANT bring my cards into a venue .. IN THE email you stated a DJ isn't supposed to have cards at a wedding what if someone asks for them .. EVERY DJ company brings cards .. theres no LAW .. totally ridiculous .. IF you tell this to anyone they will laugh .. DO YOU think this is my first wedding I've done .. this is my lively hood .. #3 - We were given by you a numerous page "thesis" of one big run on sentence of all requests .. requests of things we never experienced or heard of in 30 years .. We couldn't even make out half the things you meant. I can't help it if people didn't want to get up and dance with your sons line dance .. We CANT force people to get on a dance floor. #4. The crew sent to your event has been in the business for 20 years and one of the DJs is also a music producer in NYC .. we use them for numerous events and have never received a complaint only praises of how excellent they are. #5. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS .. YOUR SERVICES WERE RENDERED .. MY TEAM CAME ON TIME, DRESSED PROPERLY WITH THE PROPER EQUIPMENT, FOLLOWED ALL THE SPECIAL EVENTS SUCH AS CAKE CUTTING, ENTRANCE SONGS, SPECIAL DANCES, TOOK ZAP SHOTS, PLAYED YOUR MONTAGE & PLAYED MUSIC. #6. We requested some pretty non-traditional music for our ceremony (including a cover of a traditional Christian hymn as well as a song from a Korean movie soundtrack) but FTE made it possible. DJ Anthony gave us exactly the type of music we were looking for, hip-hop, latin and pop. Harold was seriously the best MC. He may seem reserved but once he's on the dance floor, he knows how to bring the good times to the crowd!
