They installed my car charger in my garage and handled all the permitting. Did electrical work in my home. We're always responsive, on time, and respectful by wearing masks which is important to me. I think they did an amazing job abs have recommended to several other friends who are getting electric vehicles. read more

Everyone from the technician to the accounting department is super professional, responsive, and pleasant to speak with. They did excellent work installing my EV charger and everything looks beautiful --I live in a 5-unit building, and it was really helpful to show my fellow HOA members the mock-up photos they provided after the initial inspection--to show them exactly where the wires would go and what the final product would look like. Payment and invoicing was really convenient on my phone. All around just great. Highly recommend. read more

We have used the Electric Connection over the past 17 years on three different houses and I can't recommend them enough. Thank you to them for their professional and thoughtful work. You know, you just want someone to show up, perform the work and you pay them. Seems easy, right? Well with them it is! Their staff is amazing and their customer service is wonderful. If you are looking for someone to trust and a good experience, look no further. read more

TESLA Wall Charger Installation I had Jerry Rubio from The Electric Connection install my HPWC today, & I couldn't be more pleased with the work performed. Jerry & his partner, showed up on time, surveyed the job requested, & provided me with a quote to do the job. In under 3 hours the work was complete! He had me bring the car into the garage to make sure everything was working okay. They cleaned up after themselves & even patched some extra holes in the garage. If you need a TESLA Wall Charger installed, I highly recommend these guy's. I will be calling them back to do some additional electrical work around the house. This is my go-to electricians from now on! read more

Good experience overall. The job was completely quickly and the results are great. Manny clearly worked hard to finish the work in time for us to move in. Manny was clear about the work he would do and provided all the personalization needed we requested. Everyone at Electric Connection was pleasant and responsive throughout the process. My only recommendation as a buyer would be to discuss in advance everything that you will have to provide. We weren't clear on the expectations before the job began so we ended up making many trips to Home Depot and Lowe's. read more

After spending days researching many services, I decided to work with The Electric Connection to install a Tesla wall charger in my condo building. I mainly worked with Charles as my point of contact, and he could not have been more patient with me with the whole process. Everyone I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable in doing electrical works in a condo building, and they helped me set the right expectation (timeline, cost, permits, etc.). The electrician that came out to assess and work on my property was also extremely friendly and professional, and answered all of the questions I had. I am extremely happy with their work, and I would recommend them to anyone! They do charge $150 for an electrician to come out to assess the property for the job, but it is credited towards your final cost. read more

The Electric Connection is now our go-to electrician! Communication is superb. Danielle is outstanding. Always replies to emails, super polite and professional, honest, and just makes the whole process work smoothly. We did a few projects in the home including the installation of several wall sconces, a ceiling fan, and the addition of an outlet in the garage. The team that came to our home were great. It was led by Jerry and he and his assistant were extremely polite and explained the whole process of how they would go about doing the work. They were very careful entering the home and cleaned up everything nicely after they finished. Couldn't have been happier with Danielle and Jerry. Prices were very competitive but knowing you are working with a team that will stand by their work is what puts The Electric Connection above the rest. Will for sure use them on all future electrical projects. read more

Wanted a TESLA wall charger installed. These guys gave me a very competitive quote., very detailed. It left room for going up or down, depending. But was very clear. Guys showed up at mutually agreed upon time, and lead guy Omar was through clean, clear, helpful and accommodated my wishes to route wires and pipes in a certain way. Worked on electric panel, ra works and pipes, installed wall charger. Looks like it has been there for years. No fuss, no muss, and very professional. Highly recommended. read more

Outstanding service and communication, helped pull the required permit and answered all my "I'm not sure about X" questions along the way. Once the prep phase had moved into the "ok, we're coming out to do the work" the crew was polite and professional -- wore masks the entire time, double checked that I was happy with their plan, then got their job done in a timely fashion and cleaned up after themselves. Seriously, these guys got it done on time at the quoted budget without any issues. Couldn't be happier. read more

First off, I'm the type of person to never delegate strategical work to others (I'm of the belief that if you want to do it right, you gotta do it yourself). But I had a major injury of my arm, and the deadline was "yesterday", so I decided to call electitians. I am satisfied with the services, offered by The Electric Connection. Everythins was fact, professionally and client-oriented. read more

Kim was great. Very responsive, clear, fair got in touch with the inspector from Pasadena that required repairs to be sure he had a handle on it. His guys did good work, on time, prompt. Lifetime warranty. Don't see that too often. read more

The Electric Connection was recommended by Tesla to put a Nema 14/50 outlet for my Model 3. They responded right away, gave me a quote via email and broke down what the cost would be based on where my panel was located. I really felt like they honest and not trying to up sell me or rip me off. Jerry Rubio did the install and he showed up on time. He was friendly, fast, clean, professional and even helped me with another issue with my treadmill. There was a slight snafu with the plug but Jerry came right back out and solved the problem. I highly recommend the Electric Connection. read more

When I chose the electric company for the wall charger of my new Tesla, I was reading the Yelp reviews. It was a good decision to hire the contractor having the highest rating. The Electric Connection was very professional and responded very timely manner so that I did not waste my time, and the job was predictable. They were listening to my request and responded quickly. Roger, who is an electric technician, was very helpful and professional. Thanks Roger!! read more

I had a very positive experience using this company to install a Tesla charger in my garage (I have my own private garage as part of my townhouse). They were extremely responsive, professional and high quality. I would definitely recommend them. read more

The Electric Connection went above and beyond my expectations. I called them to check a non-working outdoor outlet and two men, Roger and Jesus, showed up. They were polite, extremely knowledgeable and efficient. They fixed the issue quickly and explained the problem. Roger went the extra mile and checked all my other outdoor outlets and found another dead outlet (which I was unaware) and fixed that too, saving me money. Most companies would have just done the one job then left or used this as an excuse to charge double. Not this one. I can't recommend them highly enough. read more

Quick, efficient, best priced and great work. Very happy it worked out so easily! Staff and technicians were courteous and knowledgeable.

I had a walk socket start sizzling and I was very concerned about the electricity in the wall. Although I was not a previous customer, they sent Alex and Juan to help. They are so good at what they do! Professional! HONEST! Gave me good advice and suggestions around my place. I am a customer forever! read more

They've done a couple of jobs for me now. Last was replacing (removing and reinstalling) an electrical box which require a long run of wire behind a garage wall. Good work. read more

Thanks Kim, Bob and Luis for all your help on getting the house ready for sale. You were amazing at responding to our requests and fixing issues that no one else could seem to do. I could not get my kitchen light or my back yard light to work, and in less than one hour they found the problem and fixed my lights back to working!!! They did a great job, and I choose them because of the great reviews I found on Angie's List, they gave them a very high rating, and they came all the way to Moorpark, CA. read more

This review is for the Robertson location. The owner "Kim", is honest and very knowledgeable. He's willing to help and save you money regardless of whether you hire The Electric Connection. I consulted with him about a household generator, transfer switch, etc. I offered him $75 for one half hour of his time that I had used; a rate commensurate with his company's service charge. He refused the money, said he was glad to help and told me to call him if I had additional questions (!) It's hard to find trustworthy vendors but confidence in this business is not misplaced. If 6 stars were an option, I would choose it. read more

JC came to my apartment today and did a great job. He had another guy with him too but I can't remember his name. (I'm sorry) They were both very polite and made sure to follow up with me and keep me posted on what was going on. If anyone I know ever needs an electrician I will recommend the electric connection. Thank you! read more

These guys are fantastic. Best electricians I have ever used. Ask for Ramiro. He makes everything work but be ready to pay. It's worth it. They show up when they say and they finish quickly with quality. read more

Manny installed a Tesla Wall Connector in my detached garage and everything went smoothly and as quickly as I could have imagined. They even fixed a couple of problems they found that had been done by a previous electrician many years ago, which I knew nothing about. Excellent work. Everything works to my satisfaction and I would highly recommend this company. read more

Used them in houses in Culver City, Monterey Park, and La Crescenta. Experiences with them in Culver City and La Crescenta were great; quality work and reasonable prices. Experience in Monterey Park wasn't so hot. Different folks in the San Gabriel Valley and in several occasions I felt that the quality of the work was OK and the prices were unreasonably high. So if you live in the Westside or in Glendale, I'd give a recommendation, but not in the San Gabriel Valley. read more

I found Electric Connection through Home Depot's contracting services. JC and George came out to West LA to install a ceiling fan in one room and some recessed lighting in another. They were great to work with and really took the time to understand how I wanted the lighting to look. I purchased the materials for the job in advance and they installed everything. The pricing was competitive, and I was very pleased that their service included patching all the holes they had made to install the wiring. This is not the practice for all electricians; another company I'd called told me that they did no patching afterwards. (I was still responsible for sanding, texturing, and painting.) My family and I are very happy with the installation and the service. I plan to call EC in the future should any electrical issues arise. read more

Excellent Service! It was 98 degrees outside and my electricity went out. They were here in a half hour and they fixed it in a half hour. Very nice and competent. WAY cheaper that the big electric companies. read more

My husband and I are new home owners in Los Angeles. We had some electrical work done by various people previously but ran into some problems a bit later and used The Electric Connection and the difference in quality and speed and service was quite an improvement. Once it was known we needed some work, the scheduler rapidly called us up and made an appointment. The electricians were on time, were pleasant and did such a good job that I could not immediately see where they did the work. My husband was expecting their work would have to be patched up around where they installed a phone jack and a new electrical outlet where there was none. The job was so good that you could not even immediately see where the installations occurred as they blended so well with the walls. Second visit, the person's manners were exceptionally good, despite the fact he had to wait for me to get up and answer the door. Someone in the office just kept ringing both phones until I answered. No make wrong at all on the part of the electrician who rapidly handled the situation we called about and explained very simply what had been wrong and how he fixed it. Everything he fixed worked correctly and was done right this time (as opposed to the earlier work of former electricians). Workmanship, efficiency, promptness, speed, communication, professionalism were all good and very much appreciated. Thank you to The Electric Connection. Sincerely, Suzanne Glasgow read more

We phoned The Electric Connection mid-may to have some ceiling fans installed and one specifically that needed to be RE-installed as a completely bass-ackwards, wannabe electrician butchered a former job. They promised us service within couple of weeks. We were fine with that, but within three days we were told that they had an opening even sooner than promised and could get to us within two days instead. That was nice. Omar and "the other guy" showed up (ok, I forget his name, but he was just as awesome as Omar) and got right to work. They were both polite, courteous, and worked at lightning speed. They got here at around 2pm and had all the new ceiling fans installed AND the screwed up job of my Great room completely and beautifully repaired and reinstalled before 6pm the same day. The job looks totally professional and we could not be happier with the work done and the pricing is reasonable. We now have their phone number available on our refrigerator for when we will absolutely use this service again! read more

The Electric Connection was referred to me by a friend who owns many properties in the Santa Monica area. Because of my friend's experience that he had with this company, they were the only electricians I called to install lights, ceiling fans, and switches into my newly purchased condo. They quoted me pricing and time needed to complete the job over the phone. When the electricians (Manny and Arthur) arrived on the day and at the time we agreed on, they did everything in the time they quoted for the price they quoted. No surprises! They were very meticulous in respecting my belongings by covering everything up with drop cloths, keeping dust at a minimum and cleaning up after themselves to where you would not even know they were there except for the fact that there were new lights and ceiling fans installed. In fact, after they were done with the job, I thought of a couple more jobs for them and am bringing them back next week. I highly recommend this company for any electrical work in your house. Very professional work. read more
