It was very small, very plain, and not much more than all the photos you've seen. The "exhibits" are just overly colored photo ops. Some of them are super cute (and I did get nice photos) but that was the extent of the entire place. They give you thirty minute shifts to check out the "House" but honestly, me and my friend were done in 15 minutes. Unless you're gonna go hardcore with the photoshoots, it's too much time for what it is (plus the employees rush you out of each area after a few minutes because SO many people are there and need photo ops too). But the employees were also really nice and would take pictures if you asked. They have a snack stand but only two items (a white chocolate egg "lollipop" and a granola bar). It's a little underwhelming like the rest of the place. The story they try to build is cute and inspiring, but it ultimately seems like a capitalistic cash-grab. Overall, totally not worth the $20 I paid to get in.

This place was a magical egg wonderland!! I went the first weekend, and it was so much fun! It's well organized and there are so many photo opportunities inside the art exhibit! I really did enjoy my time there. My friend and I were in there for at least an hour. The lines weren't terrible and if didn't like your photo you can always go back and take more. The staff were friendly and helpful! You can purchase ice cream inside and they give you little egg soufflés as well! You have a chance to purchase your own egg products. And you also get a small free gift with a token that they provide. I would definitely recommend you go!! It will be open until late June!!

Day: Friday after work Time: 5:30 Don't go, it is a waste of money. $18 dollars for 7 or so exhibitions are not worth it. Reason why: Over price for what they are offering and showcasing. Long line. Even when you made a reservation, you still need to wait in line to get in due to overcrowding. As it take a while for each group to get in and take their Instagram pictures for their social media. If there weren't that many people, you would probably be out in 30 mins. There are plenty of art exhibitions in the city that you could go for free on either first Friday/ Saturday of the Monday or some free with donation . Not worth it. Save your $$$.

The egg house was so cute. I wish I didn't look at pics beforehand online because it ruined the surprises! The Eggloo people weren't in there, which I was really hoping for. Maybe they're only there at certain times? But I thought the staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful, and it was good to stagger out entrance times to prevent crowds.

Ok so I had booked my ticket to go to NY and I was super excited. Someone I follow on social media had posted a pic to the egg house and as silly as I thought it was to have a pop up about eggs- the photo opportunities were good and the tickets were not crazy pricey so I decided what the heck! With me following them on Instagram and seeing their post of people being there and enjoying themselves I could not wait! When I got there it still looked super fun with open windows as doors for all to see. It made me super excited to even be standing in line while people came along and tried to come in or get tickets that couldn't- Just being honest it made me feel exclusive. I have been to nearly every pop up you can imagine. From Muesuem of Ice Cream, two times in two different locations to the Color Factory etc. You name it, I've been there! and never experienced no S*** like this! Initially, you see all the things you had hoped for like the cute egg carton and the pool of balls after that is a complete waste of time. After the ping pong balls, you want into this room with a large ball that looks like an egg but I don't know what it really is. Anyway, they go on to try and introduce you to this egg that's laying in the bed with generated facial expressions on it and you know your thinking- okkaaayyyy. Thrown off but still optimistic you head downstairs to this poorly put together room that has about $10.00 worth of balloons on the wall with a lit up cactus and swing in the middle of the room. WAIT THERE'S MORE! When you get downstairs there is a creepy woman down there telling you to step into this room and so your like okkkaaayyy...... So, you step into this "room" made up of sheets that were pulled and cut down the middle where there is a miniature version of the freaky room with the freaky egg and bed. At that point I knew I had been scammed. So disappointed in this "pop up"

It was super cute and fun to come by and take pictures. Staff was super friendly and helpful when anyone struggled to sit on the hatched egg . It's just not much to it, you'll be done in 10 mins.

Live your life sunny side up or over-easy or scrambled. This pop up art focuses on egg! :) It is located near Soho, the interior is small but they few installations inside. My favorite is the swimming pool with yellow balls and also the jungle egg downstairs with swing. The staff is nice and cheerful. Yeah, you have to pay 20 bucks for this, but I think for an instagram worthy picture, you can get a really good picture here. Will I come back? Not really, too small and crowded when I went. They also sell eggloo and eggshop goodies! But it was close when I went. Good for kids because they will enjoy it.

EGG-STREMELY CUTE EXHIBIT! I'm a sucker for IG-worthy backdrops and fun pop up art exhibits. MOST DO IT FOR THE GRAM :) Even though I wish tickets were less than $18, I am still glad I went. (I think $10-$12 would have been more reasonable. Nevertheless, one of the pros was there were no long wait lines. HELLA INSTA WORTHY! The staff were super sweet and were nice about taking pictures for you. My favorites were the ball pit and the egg swing! Some of the other showings were questionable like an egg on a bed in a dark room. Another one is if you look into a hole in the wall, you'll see a mini egg on a tiny bed... There is a little place where you can buy egg theme food and items which i didn't take advantage of but I thought it was nice that it was available. At the end, you get a small free egg pin which I thought was cute and thoughtful.

Well this certainly wasn't worth the $20 I paid. I've been to several NYC Pop UPS for FREE and the "exhibits" were much more 1. informational 2. Meaningful 3. Or just cool. This one... not so much. This was literally 2 floors worth of garbage. I mean if a large egg carton with massive styrofoam eggs is your thing, or seeing an egg in a ridiculously tiny bed "sleeping" , then by all means do visit, but if not, do yourself a favor and skip it. There are too many free popups in NYC to be bamboozled by this one.

They need fresh eggs lol but this was the best thing in there.

Definitely not what i expected. I think this pop up should be $10 MAX. There's not alot to it. You'll be in & out in 10 minutes! Basically what you see from the outside thru the window is the WHOLE exhibit! The coolest part was the giant egg carton..

Its moments like these and people like these that make all the difference because ive never had any interest in Pajamas let alone luxury pjs but now ive got an eye on roller rabbit!

This is such an awesome pop-up market in Brooklyn featuring local artists, designers and creators!!…read moreThis summer (dates on their website), the market is popping up on select weekends at the Invisible Dog Art Center on Bergen street in Cobble Hill. Exactly the type of location you'd picture it at - a perfect fit. There are upwards of 30 vendors in the space with everything from pottery, clothing, jewelry, coasters, plants, and general household knick-knacks that you're SURE to find something for yourself or something for a friend's birthday or for a "just because" gift. I'm obsessed. It's extra cool because you're shopping local and supporting local businesses and artists. Tip: don't miss the trucks stopped outside that are also part of the event (esp Hunt & Gather!). So freaking cool that there are pop-up shops INSIDE trucks as part of the pop-up shop! As most know, shopping local oftentimes comes at a cost... and some things are a bit pricey. Which is why I'm knocking it down a star. It's not the market's fault, but it still makes it tough for us sort-of-frugal-buyers to find affordable items. I did, however, get an amazing coaster with the Brooklyn Bridge on it, painted by a local, and there were some plates/bowls and rings I had my eye on as well. Tons of options, and recommend EVERYONE stop by, no matter what price range you're looking in. I'll be back.
