Sometimes it's hard to resist... So that's why I decided to write a review instead. They also carry lovely things for the home, including nice furniture. The owner is so gracious and friendly to deal with because of her integrity. You can tell that she love helping people. Don't pass up on G's treasures at very reasonable prices. It's not that we were promised countless times that the jacket would be here next week, only stop by the store and be told find it still hadn't shown up. The real reason you shouldn't buy from the store is the complete and total lack of concern that was shown by the owner. As you can imagine, we were fairly frustrated with the delay yet we were always kind and respectful. My daughter purchased this jacket and she was so looking forward to wearing it. After almost 30 days I finally asked to speak to the owner. He simply told me that his current supplier no longer carried the jacket, and he was ordering it from another supplier - no remorse, no sense of urgency. He assured me it would arrive with 10 days. Almost a month and two conversations later, still nothing. We finally requested our money back. Don't confuse the owner's complete disregard for customer care with the kindness shown by the people behind the counter. I'm sure they felt embarrassed for the way we have been treated - my daughter excitedly going into the store after school, week after week, only for them to tell her they still didn't have it. I don't like writing such a negative review, but I think that the only way the owner will change his ways is if he suffers a lack of business. Perhaps he will then figure out that treating customers well is important, and others won't go through the same thing we did.

I was planning to pay cash for my purchase and they said that if I decided to return it then I must accept store credit since they do not offer cash refunds. So I ended up charging it. They are equipped with smart chip technology which I am beginning to get used to. Located on the first floor of the mall of Robinson they recently relocated across from their former site. Since the mall of Robinson does not carry the stores mentioned above, then this store becomes a good spot to get something. Prices are basically the same as you would find in the stand alone stores. They were having a 40% off some of Vera Bradley patterns. It's a great place to visit and see different things.
