It's not that we were promised countless times that the jacket would be here next week, only stop by the store and be told find it still hadn't shown up. The real reason you shouldn't buy from the store is the complete and total lack of concern that was shown by the owner. As you can imagine, we were fairly frustrated with the delay yet we were always kind and respectful. My daughter purchased this jacket and she was so looking forward to wearing it. After almost 30 days I finally asked to speak to the owner. He simply told me that his current supplier no longer carried the jacket, and he was ordering it from another supplier - no remorse, no sense of urgency. He assured me it would arrive with 10 days. Almost a month and two conversations later, still nothing. We finally requested our money back. Don't confuse the owner's complete disregard for customer care with the kindness shown by the people behind the counter. I'm sure they felt embarrassed for the way we have been treated - my daughter excitedly going into the store after school, week after week, only for them to tell her they still didn't have it. I don't like writing such a negative review, but I think that the only way the owner will change his ways is if he suffers a lack of business. Perhaps he will then figure out that treating customers well is important, and others won't go through the same thing we did.

This particular store is in South Hills Village mall. The store's merchandise includes women's t-shirts, blouses, sweatshirts, sweaters, shackets (which look like thick shirt-jackets to me), dresses, jeans, skirts, loungewear, boots, hats, handbags, jewelry, etcetera. When I shopped here, I saw mostly brands that I did not recognize but also a couple familiar name brands such as Free People and Madden Girl. Prices were moderate, and the store was having a sale of BOGO 25% off for some full-priced styles and a sale of 50% off for some other styles. Some of the clearance prices were bargains. Overall, this store is not one of my favorites, but I sometimes find some styles that I like.

We thought the prices were more than fair for almost everything we saw in the store. I prefer Aerie, which also sells bras and underwear, over OFFLINE, but I find some clothes here that I like.

I was able to chat with Jenny who is one of the owners of the business who told me that they offer various craft classes in the store as well as unique themed parties such as Harry Potter for kids. If attending a class is not your bag because of the pandemic then on occasion you can purchase a craft kit in store and arrange for a Zoom class on a particular day to make your craft. They are very flexible when is comes to meeting people exactly where they are. You can find most anything on their website. Have something in particular in mind?
