We were blown away by the thorough report and the time it took to send it to us!!!! We will use this report to fix all the things that need attention, whether we hire it done or do it ourselves. He even pulled up the carpet in outside wall corners to check for leaks. We wish he had reattached the carpeting, but we are overlooking that and giving Bryck 5 stars for a premium job. It was well worth the money. Thank You Bryck, Sandi and Bryan F

He responded 10 minutes later and offered up his cell# for direct communication or texting. We talked about costs and services and he explained what a master inspector entailed (additional training and certification)! My reason for seeking out several other appraisers was to vet the one recommended by my real estate agent (also highly rated). It turned out that everything was on the level and in the same price ballpark so I opted to honor my agent's referral. Had I not had a matching equivalent I would have gone with Mark and Pride Property, hands down. Their full inspection, including infra red (strongly recommended additional "search" behind the walls, ceilings, and floors) was similar at around $600 (i.e., reasonable). Mark, thank you for taking the time to explain what you do, what your qualifications are, and guiding me on what to make sure I get for my money if I opt for someone else to perform my home inspection.

As soon as Marc Richter did his home inspection, all of our fears were allayed. He was thorough and documented everything. We received physical and digital copies of the detailed inspection with pictures. Marc color coded his inspection results so we knew what was serious and needed to be addressed by the seller before we would buy the home, and what was less urgent and we could accomplish ourselves as new homeowners. This knowledge was power through the offer and closing process. We've had no surprises and a year later we love our new home. Thank you Marc!

He was extremely thorough and checked everything I would expect and a whole lot more. Not only did he check the house but he taught me a lot about the house and its components as I followed him through the inspection. After the inspection he sent a 70 page report complete with pictures and a description of what work would be needed. Additionally, he incorporated a rating system for urgency of the repair. Overall, Marc was on time, well prepared and has a wealth of knowledge about how a home should look, inside, outside and between the walls. He was able identify key evidence of deeper problems and tell the difference from cosmetic issues. I would recommend Marc because of his thoroughness, knowledge and ability to teach you about your future home.

Overall, disappointed by my experience with Southern Arizona Rain Gutters for a gutter & rain tank…read moreinstallation. We decided on Southern Arizona Rain Gutters as they were previously featured on a list from Watershed Management Group/Tucson Water, though it appears they are no longer reccomended by WMG. There was a lack of attention to detail and care by the SARG team. Our tank and gutters work fine most of the time, but with the quality of work was not in line with the cost. We experienced the following issues: -They offer a limited number of gutter colors, I was assured it would match our paint but it was starkly different upon installation. -When the team came, they rolled the tank over a locked gate instead of going around to a gate wide enough to accommodate the tank because it was further away, scratching the tank up in the process. -They incorrectly cut a gutter and had to come back to remedy the issue. -A few months after install there was a clogging problem with the tank, the person who checked it crumpled the gutter attached to the tank trying to problem solve. Now, water leaks out from the input, so we have to go buy a new attachment piece but even worse we have a big mosquito issue from the open tank.

Within 1-2 days of reaching out to SARG, Lou was on site to assess my plan. Lou was patient, knowledgably and thorough. Lou did return an additional time following some revisions to ensure we were all on the same page, always on time and a class act. After solidifying our requirements, contract was signed, and production began. Our critical path required the tank be delivered weeks in advance of the scheduled install to support another project that would become an obstacle. Mariano the Program Manager delivered the tank, no questions asked to support our timeline. As we closed in on install, Mariano kept us abreast via text - he never left me wondering what step was scheduled next. Jesus and Caleb arrived on time for install - installation could not have gone better. Absolute professionals, thorough and exact on alignments and ensuring the location of the inlets and overflow valve / pop up placement met our expectations. They cleaned up all materials and left the yard as they found it. SARG did a fantastic job, and I COULD NOT be more pleased. A couple tips that may help you help yourself. If you intend to install a rain harvest system, do your research, take the Watershed Management Group's 3-hour class, which is required to apply for your rebate. I am not saying SARG is costly, but you are paying for great service, sound install & support. Know your plan, understand your measurements, your rain capture expectation, where you are collecting water from, where your overflow will be placed in the yard, where your tank will be placed, does your desired tank size meet your needs, is it too big / too small. SARG will help you 'figure it out' but be an "educated / informed consumer" - it will make the process much more enjoyable. I read some negative reviews on stupid stuff like suggesting they "Didn't have an exact color to match my house?" Go buy your house paint and ask them to use it! Be part of the solution not part of the problem. It's my review that this company will do everything they can to help you achieve a successful installation - but it involves the customer having some level of understanding of what it is they are buying. Great company, great staff, great experience - highly recommended!
