Wanting to shop around more, she kept them up front for me. Later she came by asking if I left my phone at the counter. After clarifying that it was mine, she went to the front and grabbed it to return it to me. She happily took my clothes and started a fitting room for me. As I was checking out, she happily called the Visa gift card number (even though it was more work on her part) and put a necklace I bought in a small separate plastic bag so it wouldn't catch on one of my skirts inside. This is the kind of customer service everyone should receive in a retail store! 5 stars!

I decided to by one for $3.50 or so but they have a $5 minimum for credit cards and I like to use my card, partly because of the good receipts I get while travelling and also for the record of purchases that come with my bill. So I grabbed another WT card to meet the minimum. The cards are pretty, though.

They carry a lot of Pendleton items, which are not cheap, but worth the cost. You can drop a lot of money here easily, but it's a nice store with great customer service and selection. Yep, $300 for a Pendleton throw blanket might seem steep, but the quality is great. I like the stock, for the most part, high quality items with hallmarks of good craftsmanship. They have an interior design/art studio/home furnishings area in the back. If I had a home on the lake up here- and I definitely want to buy one eventually- I know that my wife and I would be up here shopping to decorate and furnish it all the time. They also sell Vera Bradley handbags, jewelry, men's and women's clothing and leather products, most of it of high quality.
