I have zero complaints. Not one person wasn't nice. The owner is so responsive. I contacted multiple shops and I have to say by far they had the best customer service. I've been feeling the itch for a while to get a new tat and since this was the only game in town we stopped in to give them a gander. It's a massive place and very clean. I met with Eric and gave him my idea and booked my half day session a few days out. When the day came Eric showed me his version of my idea and it was fantastic. Just completely blew my idea out of the water. The tattoo took almost 4 hours and the follow up instructions were great. read more

We brought our three daughters (ages 8, 6 and 4) to get their ears pierced today. We made an appointment on messenger. We were welcome by the owner and our piercer who were very friendly and helpful. The studio was very clean and recently renovated. The piercer did great with our girls. We appreciated the care and professionalism. We highly recommend this studio!! read more

Was a Saturday morning walk-in (no appt) for an infected cartilage piercing in which the front of the earring was submerged under the tissue. They whisked me to the back, and were able to remove and replace the inappropriate jewelry. I had gotten the piercing at a mall kiosk and they explained the method and jewelry that were provided were not correct. Made me feel very comfortable, and they were friendly and professional. I had talked to Richie a couple years back about getting my first tattoo. He was very informative and patient. Answering all of my questions in reasonable amount of time. Then going to the shop yesterday I was greeted very friendly by all of the staff. The waiting area is very comfortable and it has a tv. In very little time I was seen and Richie began drawing out my tattoo and before I knew it the tattoo was done. He is a great guy.
