This review is based off of services my parents recently received for their septic tank and pump. My parents ran into a back up issue recently and began to reach out to vendors to no avail on a quick turnaround time. However, when they reached out to Dump Pumper, they were greeted with a team within the same day! The team came out to investigate the issue and once it was determined, they partnered with my parents to walk them through the findings, pricing and what needed to be done. Additionally, they educated my parents on the cause of the issue. It turns out the builder of my parents home took a few short cuts upon instillation which created a big back up issue way sooner than it should have been. The Dump Pumper team were very knowledgable, friendly and caring with my parents, especially given the fact that a $500 job quickly turned into a $3,000 job. They kept my parents up dated along the way, completed the work promised to satisfaction and kept it within the quote time frame of 48 hours they promised. After emptying my parent's septic tank, they did not refill the tank with water-- as is the typical practice. Within two days the septic tank pushed up thru the ground. A man with this company came out and looked at it, but said he couldn't go any further for free. My parents naturally expected that the mistake made by their company would be fixed at the company's expense. That's just good business. The repairs will cost my family upwards of $4800. Bottom line-- don't use a company that is unwilling or unable to fix their own mistakes. read more

Terrible customer service. Actually, non-existent customer service. We inherited a home with a septic tank and the toilets wouldn't flush properly. We called this company because they had emptied the septic tank around 2 years prior. I explained the problem to the person who took my call. She told me they would check for clogs before proceeding with emptying the tank again. After 2 scheduling issues, the crew beat us to the property and was emptying the tank. I flushed the toilets, but as I told the person who initially took my call and the crew preforming the work, it took a few flushes before the toilets clogged. The crew left and sure enough, the toilets stopped flushing. I immediately called and explained that we still had problems only to be told that it would be a minimum of $1000 for them to come back and check things. The head crew person immediately said we MUST have a clogged under the slab. I was honestly shocked and dumbfounded at the attitude. Additionally, we were quoted $350, but were charged close to $100 more. No way we would give them another dime, so I went to home depot. Bought a product specifically for septic tank clogs for around $20 and boom....no more problems. I absolutely DO NOT recommend Dump Pumper! read more

Someone at work recommended them to me and said they were good. I was reading a lot of bad reviews on other septic services. I decided to call this one instead. They did an excellent job! They came out the very next day after I called. They were efficient and showed me everything that was going on with my old septic tank. They fixed everything up very well. They explained the costs for different items that needed fixed and addressed. I believe the cost was fair for my situation although it was not cheap. Also they were polite and professional. In my hour of need Kayla was the first point in contact she was AWESOME!!! setting up the appointment initially for Wednesday but if there is a cancellation she will let me know, and she did just that. My appointment is now for Tuesday. Kyle, Dawson and Charlie was here on time they are super friendly and knowledgeable. Kyle let me know of some glaring issues that had to be addressed, as well as some recommendations. I learned a good bit from them in dealing with my septic system.
