I have lost all faith in Tricon and I feel like they only care about the MONEY. This is going on 3 months of NO response aside from an automated message saying it's "escalated". I first reached out in December when I noticed the $70 in extra charges. Adding $50 for the SEWER, WITHOUT NOTICE is wrong. Almost $20 a month for trash with NO NOTICE is also wrong. The reviews are really telling. Charging tenants after they leave, even though they clean and prep the house, ZERO communication on issues like mine, etc. Will I hear from anyone? I'm at a loss and as a tenant with a growing family WE DESERVE BETTER.

From the beginning it was difficult to get in contact with Joe as his first job is as a firefighter so he was unavailable much of the time. He had us price our house way over what was realistic and said we would see what feed back we received. Well, needless to say, the feed back was poor. All prospective buyers said the house was overpriced and not what they were looking for. I asked Joe about staging the house. We had already moved so the house was empty and I always heard a staged house was important to the selling process. He said it wasn't important. I then asked why we weren't having any open houses. Again he said it wasn't important. I asked that flyers be put out with the for sale sign - he promised to do it but never did.Three times we lowered the price but had very little activity because he would list the home but do nothing to further sell the house. The final straw was when we stopped by the house to mow the lawn and a potential buyer came up to us and said they had tried to contact Joe from the number on the sign and the number was unavailable. She then called the other number (his wife's which was listed as well on the sign) and his wife stated she was at a baby shower and was busy. The next day I called Joe and said I would no longer be using him as my realtor. I remained calm and explained my reasoning. He then proceeded to curse me and told me to stuff the house up my ass as he didn't want to sell it anyways. He said he would be watching to see who I got to replace him as my realtor and would try to get them in trouble with the Indiana Realtor's Association. I said to just send me the release of contract paperwork so we could get this over with. He sent me the wrong form and then had the nerve to try and get me to sign price agreements that should have been signed earlier. I'm not sure how he handled that (I think I know!) because there were many forms I never signed that he had to turn in to Remax. This man is unprofessional, lazy and disrespectful to his clients. He spoke to me in a patronizing manner and did little to make my home a marketable piece of property. Needless to say, after many months of dealing with him I found a realtor (Beth Youngs with Carpenter Realty) who worked tirelessly to sell my home. The house was staged and there were many open houses. As a result, my house sold and I couldn't be happier with my experiences with her. I just wish I hadn't wasted so much time with Joe.

Brewer did a tile job for our hall bathroom in 2022. We had the best crew. We did a brick…read morepattern on the floor and the tile lines were perfect. The grout matched perfectly and the sealant has lasted into 2025 with no issues. They also completed the project in a week. In 2024, we hired them back to fix all the issues we had with our master bathroom remodel that was done at the same time by another company. This other well-known Indianapolis company had to rip out our tile twice as they couldn't line it up, put the wrong tile in, and couldn't lay it straight. Brewer came back to reattach the corner seat that had fallen off, re-leveled the threshold as the glass door was hard to close, and redid the grout on the shower floor and all the sealant in the shower as the sealant had completely come off. Again, this shower was done in 2022 by another company and took 2 1/2 months to complete before we fired them. We couldn't have been happier with Brewer. Margie L
