We see them 2x a year for service and each service is scheduled about 30 days in advance by their friendly office staff. They're always punctual come appointment time which I really appreciate. When they guy is here we only see him for a minute or two before he starts doing his thing. I assume they're doing great work, because whenever there's a power outage the generator starts up without any issue. All in all we're very happy with GenPro. We worked in a heated attic, I needed a fan to keep him cool, but we got all the wiring done. The fans where installed in a cooler environment, but that attic was super hot. I now finally have a ceiling light in 2 bedrooms that both have fans on them. First time in 35 years of living here. Great job.
