Additionally, during my experience at the store, I have found that the staff is very helpful and often able to assist in the completion of various design questions. Not wanting to make assumptions, I stood there politely waiting for someone. Finally another woman finished with a customer but, without even looking around, asked a man standing across the room if she could help him. Now, granted he was there before me, so not a problem. But apparently the two knew each other, and he was a builder, and they started having a conversation about a swimming pool he was building for someone. I stood there to myself saying "Really?" and that's when Cruella de Vil, the other one sitting behind the counter, chimed in and snarled that someone would be with me shortly. I said that if you were going to stand around talking about building pools, maybe I need to find a store that sells lighting, and walked out.

In spite of the promises they made, after the purchase they eliminated staff which tanked customer service, they also dropped product lines, & raised prices. Then in my case they also charged a finance charge on a monthly statement that I had paid. In my opinion this company puts maximum profit ahead of loyal customers. I have also been in business more then 30 years & I don't treat customers like this company does. I would recommend avoiding this company & supporting small independent electrical supply houses instead.
