Our…read moredog was booked in for 11:15, I ring to find out what the story is with my dog at 4pm only to be told they haven't even started on him, so my poor dog has been locked up in a cage since 11:15 ......ffs I was told it would take an hour and a half to groom our dog so I said no I'll just come get him, the girl then tells me he's in the bath so I say to get him out and I'm coming to collect him. She then gets ratty with me for some reason, so I Just hung up the phone. When I collected my dog I then notice a big chunk of hair has been shaved off to the skin, I'm sure this was done out of spite?! My dog now has a bald patch on his tail even when his hair grows back.
