We own a breeding pair of Boston Terriers. We also have 2…read moremales, one from their first litter and another male from their most recent litter. Independently, they all behave well, add 3 other dogs and chaos ensues!. We contacted John for help. He quickly identified behaviors they needed to work on, one being impulse control and worked with them 3 times a week. Then we met with John and he showed us what he was doing with our dogs so we can continue the training. At the end of each week John works with our dogs and us to ensure the training transfers from John to us. Our dogs are significantly calmer now and look to us for directions. We have young grandsons who have been able to play with all of the dogs and not be afraid of getting knocked down His methods have been very successful for both us and our dogs. After countless books and DVDs, I wasn't getting very far. Pinch collars, shock collars (never again!), positive reinforcement, negative punishment, you name it.
