Eat Box has some great innovative twists on plain boring food. For instance, one of the fry options is spiced and then loaded with grape tomatoes. They seriously stole my heart (and filled my stomach of course). I was actually sad to see that Forecastle is only inviting back Kentucky based vendors for the 2015 festival. Hopefully I can catch them somewhere in TN sometime!!

Consider calling ahead to order as they are sometimes so busy it takes a little time to get your food. There's a little sitting area with shade where you can sit and eat or you can get it to go like we had to. Their chicken tacos are perf and even better with pico but don't need salsa verde to be awesome. I also really liked their tacos del pastor. They sell the smaller tacos here so I can usually eat around 3-4. The torta I got was delicious but it was crazy messy and I actually liked it better without the top bit of bread. The quesadilla reminds me of the ones I used to get at El Rancho Grande, my favorite homestyle Mexican restaurant before it closed down. Good memories. Loved: - Quesadilla del Pastor - Quesadilla de Pollo - Taco al Pastor - Taco de Pollo - Torta al Pastor Liked: - Horchata - Salsa Rojo (stings but tasty) - Taco de Carnitas Ok: - Salsa Verde de Aguacate - Sope de frijol y chorizo

This guy is friendly and nice. He engages with the customers as much as possible while cooking just saying hello. If you see this food truck you better try the fish or shrimp. If not you're missing out. The first time my family and I had the fish it was sooo good and ever since we have been looking for this truck when we want fish. He'd take a few orders, then cook and bring out the orders before taking the next one. I like that he has the estimated cook time on his menu. The owner/cook was very personable and mentioned he'd been really busy likely to people seeing him on the news. I ordered the catfish basket and the shrimp and lobster tots. The fish basket came with 2 large pieces of fish and an order of fries. The fries were seasoned well and cooked perfectly. The fish was also very well seasoned and the fish itself was really good. The tots were really good and covered in cheese. There were bell peppers and onions in it which gave it somewhat of a cajun feel. The food was so good that I had to go back and try the remoulade sauce, which also really good. Overall I was very pleased with the food and the service.
