One reality is that all marriages end, whether via divorce or death do us part. And what a prenup really does is allow couples to mutually agree on the division of property and other issues beyond what the State provides. This is sometimes a particular issue for blended families such as ours. Michael came highly recommended and confirmed that trust with his calm, kind, and knowledgeable demeanor and advice. He was excellent in explaining the relevant aspects of Family Law, and associated terms, processes, and options. We were also pleased that Gayle and I could sit in the same room and talk as a team, rather than each of us hiring an attorney and creating a potential adversarial situation at the very beginning. There are also other options regarding property and finances in a blended family situation. Two examples are Life Insurance and Estate Planning (including Wills), and that was the strategic direction that Michael Carter helped us decide that was right for us.

I couldn't understand and she kept deflecting . Anyway , for the vast majority of the day , we text back and forth , then she called saying she wanted to refer me to someone else because she hadn't filed this type of document before . I told her I wanted her to do it as I had already spent hours going back and forth about the logistics with her via phone and text. She called me back again around 8 pm last night , and we spoke for 1 hour and 8 min and we left off with her saying she'd do the forms and send me the ones I had to fill out . And she was supposed to connect with me today. All day I didn't hear from her. No explanation . No text . And when I called to inquire what was going on, she chose to not answer. She didn't even have the courtesy to let me know and now I have a deadline and I'm left in limbo. The unprofessional and unethical manner she handled this left me in a very bad position , with no way to get the documents I needed in time to be filed. Totally harmed me and didn't have the decency to call. I am very disappointed and can't believe someone in a professional position would do this and harm someone , especially knowing I was in a time crunch. She then sent me a text after my review, threatening me. I wrote back that I have the right to write a review of my experience. I would be very cautious in using this business for anything.
