I called the store to inquire why it was no longer on their website and the answer was they didn't know weeks past I went up there to get my bracelet and was told a customer dropped. It cracked it. This is a precious turquoise stone, and that Sister's Closet sent it out for repair without calling me and notifying me. I'm astounded and shocked at their lack of honesty and transparency I should've been called. I would not recommending consigning anything at the store any longer beware
