To then dismiss the feelings of people who dealt with it, is deeply disturbing and the way your establishment handled this is poor, and shows your not any better than your employees. Please learn how to run a business properly because your actions have scared away sales. The staff took their time with the hat and made sure it looked right instead of rushing through it. They were also great with the boots, helping me figure out what size actually worked for me across different styles and brands. That part matters because cowboy boot sizing can feel like it was invented by someone who wanted to make online shopping impossible. What I appreciated most was that they weren't pushy. They clearly knew their stuff, explained the differences, and seemed to genuinely enjoy helping me find the right fit. I'm also a regular Last Chance shopper in Phoenix, and on multiple occasions I've seen very specific designer pieces there at deeply discounted prices, only to see what appear to be the same items show up at My Sister's Closet shortly afterward for significantly more. It's happened enough times that it's hard not to notice. I obviously can't confirm where MSC is sourcing these items, but based on what I've personally observed, I question whether some inventory is being purchased from Last Chance or other clearance sources and marked up for resale. The biggest disappointment is the pricing. Their prices are now comparable to The RealReal, but with a fraction of the selection and no return policy. At that point, there's really no incentive to shop here anymore. As a longtime customer, it's disappointing because finding unique designer pieces at genuinely good resale prices was what made MSC so great.
