I bought tickets for the piglet plunge, which has a race time that is setup for after the last heat of the day. Unfortunately, it is now two days beforehand and I still don't know when my race time is. There is no phone number, I've emailed for the last week with no response--same for the help system on the website. I did the race last year and enjoyed it, but the lack of customer service and poor organization has me giving this company a 1-star, and that is being generous.
