Horrible experience. Terrible customer service. Came home to gutter debris thrown onto my porch and into my landscaping. Most of the window tracks were just smeared and left dirty. Workers broke a window lock and tracked dirt throughout my house. When I called the owner to discuss, he didn't like my aggressive tone. He warned me to be nice to him or he wouldn't fix anything. Unsure if this guy thinks I was working for him? Save yourself the headache and find someone else or do it yourself. read more

When we called Dirt Hunter - we were very specific on what we wanted done. We had four oak trees taken down. Oak trees are dirty trees and all the debris that the trees shed was laying on top of the leaf guards in our gutters. We wanted the debris removed. We were told that when they power washed the house the debris would cone off. They power washed the house cleaned the windows. And said they were finished. We asked about the debris left on top of the gutter guards the workers said that is not included. We spoke with Sheila and she insisted she did not recall that we wanted the debris removed. We told her we were very specific about it - her explanation was that she misunderstood- but they could do the work for $99. 00 after we paid $369.00. We will never use this company again. read more

Do Not Use ! Terrible customer service. We are a retired couple and hired them to take off gutter guards and clean gutters. We noticed foot high plants 4 months after they were cleaned and my husband climbed up there to find the gutter full of plants and moss. Took pictures and sent them and could not get them to call us back.We paid for nothing. Also, a lot of the guards have come off. read more

I wouldn't use this company again. The young guys that showed up to clean my gutters didn't have gas for their blower, and asked if they could use mine. I didn't think it was a huge deal, but then they weren't sure if the gas / oil mix would work with their blower, they wanted to use my equipment as well. I thought that was a stretch, but agreed. Then during the job one of the guys wanted to use my restroom. At first I wanted to tell him to use one of the trees out back, but then figured, "hey, mother nature calls sometimes - whatever," and I told him to come on in thinking he was going to have a quick visit, if you know what I mean. Nope, he had a "long visit" in the bathroom. This set it off for me, and i thought it was disgusting that he'd do this in a customer's house. To top it off, I could hear him opening my shower door while he was taking care of business. And THIS is why I would never use this company again. read more
