I realize the original installer did not do a good job; however, the stones were not uneven. Anyway, Tyler made the first move to have a conversation. Today, he sent two of his men to reset some of the stones and redo the polymeric sand around them. He has gone out of his way to make this as right as it can be. I appreciate his efforts.

On the demolition and replanting day, Jennifer and her crew were on time and went right to work. And it connected to a lopsided, unsightly warren of timbers, weird plants and overgrown monstrous shrubs. Jen turned it into an upper and lower patio that are elegant and usable for family gatherings and parties and we can use the lower patio as an extra parking space. This seamless visual is achieved by curving the patio into the driveway and tying it altogether with the pavers. Beautiful stonework, smartly placed steps and we have now easy access and two beautiful patios. So pleased we redid the front walk and stoop also.
