As I spread the soil, I removed as many twigs as I could, but I didn't realize many of them were actually roots from invasive plants. As the grass is starting to sprout, so are many bindweed and common mugwort plants. I'm trying to remove the entire root system as the weeds sprout, but many roots are buried deep in the soil and remain behind. At this point, I may have to destroy much of the new lawn to fully eliminate these invasive weeds. Very disappointing, and now I'm concerned this could turn into a long-term project. I'm not sure what Madison Earth Care could have done to prevent this, but it's something to be aware of if you plan to use this soil in your yard.

Their skill - by a team of at least 6 crew members- was phenomenal! They coordinated their work, took great care with our yard and fence, and took the trees down without any problems. They cleaned up beautifully and even came back another day to clean up some more. Eduardo and Liz, the co-owners, couldn't have been more responsive.
