Not certain of her product knowledge, as she pressed for a totally UN- suitable chair, rather than what I (the user) requested. The single bright spot was the delivery/technician who worked very hard to make needed adjustments which were known and should have been done before delivery? I'm sorry I don't remember his name! He was so kind and so determined to get the job done. I still experienced difficulties with the chair which make it unusable for me, but I'm looking for another service to make necessary adjustments.

Dropped off a skirt (waist taken in) and jumpsuit to be shorten, turn-around time was about 2 weeks (pretty standard), price seemed reasonable. The fit was perfect on both items. At pick-up, he possessed the same attitude and wildly remembered exactly what I was coming to pick up, mind you this was my first time coming to him. That's impressive. I didn't feel rushed, be asked me to try on the clothes to ensure they fit. He's definitely found a repeat customer in me. Thanks Rocky for exemplary customer service!

Having used a number of alteration shops in Memphis, Rocky does the best job. His prices are fair and he has the clothing ready on the dates he promised. There is one more service that he provides that I find particularly outstanding: Rocky offers independent judgment. By that I mean he is intent upon making valuable recommendations. On multiple occasions, I wanted to have my clothes altered in a certain way and he gently suggested a better alternative. Doubtful at first, I followed his recommendations, and he was correct every time! In my firm opinion as an attorney who always want to look sharp, Rocky is the only person in Memphis to use.

I purchased a pearl ring from them, but unfortunately the pearl came off very soon after purchase. I took the ring in for repair on April 25, 2026, and was told someone would contact me by Tuesday. No one called. When I followed up myself last week, the person I spoke with was quite rude and told me there were many customers ahead of me for repairs and that it would take around three weeks before mine would even be completed. I find this concerning for two reasons: first, because the pearl should not have come off so quickly in the first place, and second, because reattaching a pearl to a ring should not require such an excessive wait time for a loyal customer. I understand businesses can get busy, but communication and customer service matter. A simple update and a more respectful response would have made a big difference.
