This place is open until 10:00 pm, but I wouldn't recommend shopping here at night. There are interesting characters that hang around here who I'd prefer to avoid encountering when it's dark. I'm a person that medically cannot drive and use uber to move around I went to get passport photos and I was waiting for a minute then the manager comes by and I tell her that I'm her for passport photos and she said that she was attending a delivery and that they would take 10 minutes till I get help as a person using uber they charge you by the minute to wait and I spent money to go there to have to leave so I wouldn't spend a ton of money just waiting for them to be available to attend me they need to hire more employees or just close if you don't want to hire employees for some of use people using uber every minute counts . read more

I've been to this Walgreens many times. I've done one review a while back because the lady that was up front was so good. I miss seeing her, probably due to she's just not been working when I happen to be there. I went there on 6/25/25 looking for a wound medication. I couldn't find it. Alisha was working behind the counter at the pharmacy. She was absolutely wonderful! She looked up the item I was wanting, but it was not there. She came out from behind the counter and tried to find it for me. She was amazing in this day and time when few people will barely say thank you anymore. Alisha is rare, but I love her!!! read more

I've never seen a pharmacy so packed. They had endless prescriptions to fill, a never ending line, and seemed to have been working on their lunch break. Our wellbeing is literally in these people's hands and they deserve appreciation. Thank you guys for literally saving lives! read more

Absolutely the worst customer service from the pharmacy department. Multiple trips and phone calls to get a single prescription filled. Was told to pick it up after 2:00. When I arrived they told me they were just back from lunch and it would be 30 more minutes. Very rude worker told me she never promised it would be ready. I will never send a prescription to this location again. This is not my first negative experience at this location... just the final straw. I pass several Walgreens to get to this one. I did an order online and this store had both products I wanted to try. Please understand me I was in a lot of pain, so I was super excited to see they had both products. They also had my order ready within 30 minutes of it being placed! I get there for curbside pick up and this wonderful lady comes out with a big warm smile immediately after I hit " I'm here"! Absolutely the best service! I wish I knew her name. Very inconsistent experience at this Walgreens. I prefer to use Walgreens because if you are out of state and have an issue with a prescription they have the capabilities and most cases a location that can support you. I have been in New York, Boston and California and been able to take care of a prescription need with ease and it was a seamless process. This particular store has had a lot of changes at the pharmacy this past couple of years. Service experience is very inconsistent and many times unfriendly an unprofessional. I look at my pharmacy as an extension of my medical care. It is hard to trust when I have observed them yelling at customers, ignoring customers and overall seeming not to care about the customer experience. I'm just going to move my business to the store down the street and that is the convenience of Walgreens. read more

I usually have an ok experience at this Walgreens but TODAY WAS THE WORST. I got an error message telling me to call the pharmacy for my prescription and when I call, he's rude. Then tells me "I got a lot going on". Sir, I don't give a rats (blank) about what y'all have going on. You told me to call you and I did. Pharmacy staff is often very curt (borderline rude). I've actually been on hold for 27 minutes with with the pharmacy, with "one caller ahead of me" as I type. I asked a pharmacist how to use a certain medication kit once, and he opened all the containers, looked them over, pulled out an instruction book and opened it near the back and mumbled, "well this is all in Spanish..." One star is being generous- and they actually deserve ZERO. This has to be THE MOST INCOMPETENT bunch of idiots I have EVER had to deal with at a pharmacy. I called in a refill Monday night to be picked up by 11am Tuesday. At 10:30am Tuesday, I get an automated call citing a "delay" in the prescription being filled, which is odd, considering my doctor sent you all the prescription in May, with 11 refills. That, morons, means the prescription is supposed to be good for ONE YEAR. By 5pm, I have had no further contact with anyone from this store. I call and ask what the status is because this is beyond ridiculous. The person I spoke to clearly doesn't know how to read prescriptions and went on to tell me that they faxed my doctor and had yet to hear back from them. REALLY? So from 10:30am until 5pm you just sit around and don't try to get in touch with them? Maybe make a phone call? Maybe do more than a fax. But to just let the script go unfilled??? Especially when it's one that has SEVERAL refills left!!!! Of course by 5pm, the doctor's office is closed, but I left a message with them to please get in touch with these morons at this location and let them know the prescription is good and to please get this taken care of before I have to leave town. My doctor's office called first thing this morning and said they would call this store as soon as we got off the phone. That was at 9:08 this morning. I figure by 1:45pm the prescription should be ready. SILLY ME. Once again, the people in the pharmacy say that I need to call the doc and get it renewed. THERE IS NOTHING TO RENEW. You were sent a prescription for 11 refills in MAY. The last time I picked one up, you even gave me 3 months worth, saying my insurance covered it, now suddenly the prescription that doesn't expire until next May, you won't fill. Wow. What kind of incompetence do you have working here? Then again, I'm considering transferring my prescriptions elsewhere seeing as I've even heard stories of the techs there COUNTING PILLS while on calls with office staff. Clearly they don't pay much attention to their jobs. This is medications we are talking about. Not something to take lightly just so you can sit there and earn a paycheck. Actually- that's not even earning; this sounds more like collecting. Walgreens is overpriced on everything anyway. You pay extra for their ability to buy real estate on every other corner in America. I'm done. There is no excuse for this WHATSOEVER and I will make sure to let others know so they don't have to be inconvenienced like I have been and still am.
