The price was very reasonable and fair and there was great communication throughout the entire project. The workers arrived on time every day and made sure I was happy with everything before they left. Me and my husband were very happy with the end result and have recommended them to all our friends. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a fire pit, patio and landscape design and we plan to use them in the future to design and install our pool.

However since then the patio has begun to crack and grass has started to come through different parts of the patio. I have tried to get in touch with them on numerous occasions and I did not get a response. I call no one ever ansewers the phone. So I text them and finally they responded. I asked them if they would do the repairs especially since it has been less than a year and he said yes he will. Now trying to schedule him to come out and do the repairs they do not respond again. I would not recommend this company because they are not responsive bad customer service and they obviously do not stand behind their work.

I called several other companies that never returned my call. Donta was responsive and extremely professional answering all of my questions. Naj did a wonderful job at creating a design based on my list of "must haves" and my husband and I were impressed with the results. They were meticulous with the details and followed up for our feedback. This is our second project with them. The first job was clearing out our backyard and completing a full paver installation. I would definitely work with them again.

The plumbing company left a mess, damaging our tree, crushing bushes, and leaving big pile of dirt in the yard. We called Ridley's. They came out promptly for an estimate, and once we said yes, they came out promptly and did an amazing job. They did so well that our neighbor was watching them work and hired them on the spot to do some grading in his yard. For the grass, they offered us the option of doing sod or seed. We went with the seed, so the (after) picture just shows the straw, but we anticipate having a beautiful lawn next summer. They were highly professional, worked hard, and simply got the job done as it should be done. We talked to another company that seemed cheaper, but they didn't give me the confidence that Donta gave me, and now that the job is done, I can say that confidence was well placed.

I called to request a free quote and Chris came out the same week, listened to all my plans for the home we just bought, not just our landscaping needs, all our plans. Chris could have made a quick grand or much more working on our half acre but instead, he spent time educating me about what was realistic and how to best sequence all the things we were planning to do so that we did not waste our hard earned money. It was clear, Chris genuinely cared about us as people not just a potential customer. He spoke honestly and advised us to wait on landscaping. Chris cares more about establishing trust than making a quick buck. That's INTEGRITY! If you are looking for a trustworthy company, look no further. We met with 3 other local companies as part of our due diligence. I can say with confidence that once our addition is done, we WILL be calling Four Seasons for landscaping.
