The staff were very friendly and answered all my "it's the first time" questions. One thing that's different here compared to other car washes is they scrub your car. I had an appointment scheduled for today, and they managed to diagnose and solve the issue within an hour. I was only charged for the labor and the oil change I had requested. What really stood out to me was how polite and courteous the staff was. From Mya, who took my information and scheduled my appointment, to the technician who worked on my car -- everyone was professional and kind. I've heard a lot of good things about Randolph's, and now I know firsthand that they live up to their reputation. They're an honest business with great staff, and they even have a nice waiting area! Schedule repairs with the promise of a loaner car and they have no loaner to give. Said they were going to replace the wheel but days later the owner was still being a dick about it so I just said fuck it. I'm not going to argue with this man over and over about it. He went to the gas station my wife works at and was rude to her about it. She had nothing to do with the situation. They already knew each other and she has always said he was a very nice person.
