When they were installed, they seemed really sticky and didn't move well and when I asked the installer and also called, I was told that was normal and they would start to give and move better. Fast forward, a few months and they are still sticky and the whole room is often bright. I had called a place here in San Antonio who advised me that they were done incorrectly but we can't afford to have them redone. I went back and forth about posting this because we have used yelp forever and I can't remember writing a bad review.

They first redid all of the exterior with hardy plank, new windows, doors, paint, landscaping. That was for the house and detached garage. Then they tackled the first floor with all new wood flooring, a rearranged and totally new kitchen, new cabinets, fixtures, lighting, floors (tile), paint. The rest of the downstairs was given new paint, floors, shutters, moldings, electrical upgrades and lighting. New look in the 1/2 bath. We explained to them what we would like to see done and the result went way over what we expected or hoped. We were thrilled. Phase 2 was the upstairs, especially the Master Bed and Bath. New carpet upstairs, new electrical fixtures and lighting, new molding in all the rooms and hall bathroom with new fixtures brought the whole upstairs into a great look and super function. All of the closets were reworked to make them much more organized. But the Master bedroom's builtin cabinets were more than I had requested! The design by the owner was spot on and much more than I had even thought could be done. The Master bath is so beautiful with the new layout, new tile work, new light fixtures, new cabinets and new concepts - down to a toe tester in the walk-in shower. We had thought we would downsize or remodel after retirement. I am so thankful that we finally decided to remodel! 1 Star - Extremely Unprofessional & Failed to Represent Me I…read morehad a very disappointing experience with this realty firm as a landlord. A lease was terminated before the tenant ever moved in, yet the firm is refusing to return the payment I made to them for a security deposit that was given by the tenant. They are claiming they do not need to provide specific details regarding payment handling or refunds in the contract, which is concerning and unacceptable. Even worse, during the termination process, the tenant became threatening, and instead of representing my interests as their client, my realtor openly took the tenant's side, telling the tenant she was "on her side." The realtor also rewrote the contract in the tenant's favor, rather than advocating for me as the property owner. I was repeatedly pressured to rush and sign documents, including receiving emotional phone calls urging me to sign quickly, without proper explanation or protection of my interests. This is not how a professional realtor should behave, especially when they have a fiduciary duty to their client. I felt completely unsupported, misrepresented, and financially put at risk. I would strongly caution any landlord or property owner to think twice before trusting this firm to represent them.
