If you are searching for an Attorney to represent you in a denied SSD Claim, or a Worker's…read moreCompensation Claim, please read my review. I was referred to the Law Firm of Alex Dell by a former satisfied client. I needed representation to Appeal a denied SSD Claim. Not only was I successfully represented and won the Claim on Appeal, but the Firm identified a case for a possible Worker's Compensation Claim. I was going through a very difficult time and feeling alone in my troubles. Nicholas Fusco, an Attorney with the Firm, worked with me regarding the WC possibilities. It was not an easy case. Moving forward, I felt supported and understood. Throughout the proceedings, Mr. Fusco always returned all of my calls/e-mails regarding questions or concerns. He was clearly capable, supportive and a gentleman. He represented my case with clarity and integrity. Following a number of depositions/Hearings, Mr. Fusco was required to submit a Summative Memorandum to the Judge. It was remarkable, and to the Judge, undeniable. We, also, won this Claim (retroactive). No Attorney can guarantee an outcome, but I trusted and felt assured that I was in competent and caring hands. In fact, from Mr. Dell to the receptionist, every person I had the pleasure of meeting and working with in the Firm, treated me with respect and a genuine sense of caring Justice requires action and a voice. The Law Firm of Alex Dell was my Voice. I will forever be appreciative of their support, as well as for the Victorious outcome(s)... Which is why I made the time to write this review. If you need representation for a SSD or WC Claim, you need look no further than The Law Firm of Alex Dell. I was in the same position as you....You may trust my recommendation. Sincerely submitted...

If you want it done right then hire the best…read more I found myself in an impossible situation with a property in which a true con artist was residing without ever making one payment. After more than a year of trying to work something out, I realized that I was dealing with a professional and desperately needed help. I realized that I needed to initiate steps to an eviction. I reached out to Max with hope, but my overall expectations were low, as I have heard the stories on how hard it is to evict someone in New York. After explaining my situation to Max, he clearly stated what the process was going to be, what I needed to do, approximately how long it was going to take, and how much it was going to cost. Although I was hesitant, his optimism was encouraging so I decided to move forward. My only regret is that I did not hire Max sooner. He was incredibly communicative via txt, email, and phone. It took a total of 3 months from start, to finish to be awarded the vacate. He was extremely well versed, composed, and confident in front of the judge. I am so grateful and appreciative of Max and his service. He was well worth any money that an eviction lawyer would cost and I could not have asked for a better outcome.
