However, those requests were not acted upon, which prevented me from accessing the record needed to defend myself. At one point, I was informed via text that an "official" offer had been made by the District Attorney's Office, which was inconsistent with prior statements that no offer existed. This raised serious concerns about communication and authorization. This representation occurred during an active criminal case involving significant rights, and the lack of clarity, delay, and failure to act materially impacted my ability to proceed.
