It has been a relief to have her attend on my behalf and use her wisdom and experience to guide me through the decision making process on my child-support case for two daughters. I wish I had met her 10 years sooner. After almost 20 years of paying child support, I have a few months remaining and I am super appreciative of what she has done to contain the situation and keep the peace without having it be too costly for me on a monthly basis. Also her bill amounts are reasonable and I do believe that she charge is a fair price for the time and energy that she is putting into the case. For any of you, I pray to God you don't choose the wrong attorney. It will be the 2nd most costly decision of your life. The first most costly decision is unfortunately who you wind up having kids with. Thank you for everything Joanne and you know that your help has been immeasurable for me and thank you for also having the human side that most lack.

I had a very positive experience with Tully Rinckey. Attorney Daniel Meyer was knowledgeable,…read moreprofessional, and patient. He listened carefully to my concerns, clearly explained the security-clearance process, and answered all my questions. The scheduling staff was also courteous and responsive. I would recommend the firm to others needing guidance in this area.

The only options presented were to continue paying TR to correct their mistakes in their work--despite them already having the necessary information and documentation--or to close the matter and receive only the unused portion of the retainer. Mr Hogan had the opportunity to resolve this privately and chose not to. ** Our experience with Partner Derrick T. Hogan was extremely disheartening. After I raised legitimate concerns regarding defective, factually inaccurate, and a legally weak demand letter produced by the firm, Mr. Hogan treated the issue as though we were simply dissatisfied with a draft. The firm already possessed the necessary information and documentation to prepare the demand letter , yet we were effectively expected to pay additional fees to correct mistakes that should have never occurred. During our phone call, Mr. Hogan repeatedly emphasized that he was a "Partner" while minimizing the substance of my concerns. He did not meaningfully address the factual errors, omissions, weak legal posture, or the firm's failure to properly handle a serious matter involving retaliation and safety issues.  This matter severely affects my 88-year-old mother and our household. We had already been dealing with a destabilizing situation for approximately a year and a half, and I expected someone serving on the Client Assurance Committee to listen carefully, investigate what had gone wrong, and help resolve the problem. Instead, the conversation felt focused on defending the firm's inaccurate work product and billing rather than understanding the deficiencies I had identified.  Mr Hogan did not provide a meaningful remedy, the options presented were essentially to continue paying for revisions or close the matter and receive only the unused portion of the retainer. This left us with an unusable draft after a substantial portion of our retainer had already been billed.  Mr. Hogan's approach was dismissive, condescending, and unhelpful. I would caution anyone seeking capable, considerate, and zealous advocacy to look elsewhere. I cannot recommend Mr Hogan or Tully Rinckey.

I wish that I could give negative stars. Still, more than 5 years afterward, I am still trying to…read moreuntangle the mess of a divorce for which I hold these fools responsible. Subsequent attorneys retained for various matters resulting from this debacle have informed me of how poorly my divorce was handled. I should have gone elsewhere as soon as Lorraine switched me to Kayla at the last minute. A major regret On my part. I began this process as a DV survivor who had to temporarily flee her home with her children for safety and was married to a creature who abused my children and is still on a CPS list as a result, I was referred to them this firm by The Legal Project. I trusted this referral, and am still suffering from the aftermath. Towards the end it seemed like they were more interested in the best interests of my ex, than that of myself and my children, and of course, getting paid for sending useless letters and emails. Dissipation of Marital Assets out of spite by ex-husband took place unchecked. I paid household bills and got to keep that debt, I had no power to access assets in his name before, during, and after the divorce so guess what happened next? I was powerless to stop my personal vehicle from being repossessed, family home went into foreclosure, rental property taken by my ex along with all income, loss of the LLC that I started and named, funds for children diverted into former spouses bank account, other personal finances not protected, etc. Imagine all of this being done while being represented by this sorry operation. I then had to endure a Protracted period of Gaslighting by Kayla (Molinaro) Leder, followed by hostile emails from Lorraine Silverman who was responsible for oversight of Kayla's work, demanding payment for what they'd done, and requiring another retainer to complete the job. Some nerve!
