They have great appointment availability and the process itself was easy - they do the inside and outside, nothing needed from my end. Very nice customer service, every person I spoke to or met were really nice. They offer discounts for purchasing packages where they come back every quarter for up keep. Another reason I wanted to make sure I share that this company truly follow through on their commitments. After about 2 weeks, I found a crack in the pantry that some ants were using as an entrance. I contacted them on the Tuesday afternoon I found the ants and they were at my house the very next day to take car of it. I'm so glad to have found this company and feel comfortable that my pest control needs are in their hands.

They were recommended by my old rental management company but it took me a month and a half of back and forth texting/calling to set up the appointment to o spray my old residence. Then I moved and had set up service for my new home. They sprayed the old residence. It took over a week to get them out to the new residence. At least they didn't charge me twice. The new yard is infested with ants and I'm allergic. They've sprayed twice and it's still infested but, to be fair, they've only sprayed the front yard twice. They lied and said they knocked to gain access to the back yard but they did not. I have a security system that alerts me anytime anyone approaches the front door, let alone knocks. No knocks and no doorbell rings. I need a more reliable service that doesn't cost me the hassle of fifteen or more attempts back and forth to schedule or contact with zero response. Unless you have endless amount of time and patience, don't use this company.
