I'm preparing to sell my home and Kim and her assistant Paige did a fantastic job getting it ready to start showing to prospective buyers. They went through my entire home making & implementing their suggestions along with packing. Kim also suggested tips on what buyers would be looking for and helped me make my house look leaner & cleaner. She was also great in recommending what to keep and what to donate to charity. Overall, I am extremely happy with the job that Kim & her team did and would highly recommend them to anyone getting ready to sell their home. read more

Kim and her crew are literally the hardest working people I know. They go above and beyond to get the job done. As a realtor I often work with clients who need assistance in preparing their home for market. Kim and I have partnered many times to reach that goal for my clients. She's truly the best and always a pleasure to work with. read more

We worked with Kim after both my parents passed away and needed to organize and sell items we were not keeping. She was flustered and rude in every interaction we had with her but had a closing date quickly approaching so we did not have time to go find another option. Her attitude was unnecessary especially given the situation we had just gone through with unexpected death of our father and selling a childhood home of 30+ years. At one point I was asked how my father passed and then cut off while I was answering....I was in shock someone could have such little sympathy as a mother as well. Many items she said 'had no value' or 'people don't want' were looked over. We later had another sale and quickly sold many of those items with very little advertising compared to her 'marketing' that did nothing. I would NOT recommend working with Kim to anyone after the experience we had. She also took items that were specifically off limits and set aside in bins and took them all out to sell. These were never meant for the sale and caused additional stress and time to repack all of them. Terrible experience and thankful we do not have another house to go through! read more

We can not thank Kim enough for all she did to make our Estate Sale a huge success! Prior to Kim coming into our lives I was a wreck. She came in and took charge. She was amazing! She organized the sale the weekend before we were to move. Her staff is wonderful. She was beyond there for us. She worked endless hours putting our house into store quality order. She knew all the right people to help us. She even came over the Monday after the sale to make sure everything was moved out and to see if she could help us with anything else. We could not have done this move without her. She is a life saver. Our family would recommend anyone thinking of moving or just wanting to clear their lives of confusion to call Kim. She is the Very Best.... read more

Kim and her crew were wonderful from set up and estate sale to donations. They were professional in all they did, researched pricing of antique items and great at staging. Kim worked hard throughout the week plus into the next even though her son was getting married the next Saturday and had the pre wedding issues of a mother of the groom. read more

Kim, Paige and their team did a wonderful job organizing and staging my in-laws moving sale. They were flexible changing the date and sold much more than we thought they would. The took care of everything including the pick up of unsold items. They worked long hours to prepare and were smiling all the way! read more

Kim is such a gem! I refer clients to her often - because it's her combination of part-psychologist and part-estate sale lady - that helps people get through huge mountains of personal items to determine which items are the most special/important to the person to take with them. In addition, she's expert at selling what is left and then finding ways to remove left over items and garbage from properties before closing. LOVE LOVE LOVE, Kim!!1 read more

I have shopped with Kim's estate sales many times and have only had positive experiences! Her staff is very helpful and will gladly provide as much "muscle" as they can when you purchase unlike many other estate sale companies. She is firm yet very fair on pricing. I have made several referrals for friends to use her services because I can trust her professionalism. read more

Kim is magical. She can magically turn hoarders into organized individuals.

Due to my mother's unexpected death (in Chicago) in August I had to do an estate sale while living in Kansas. Kim was referred by my realtor so I thought she would be good but I was still nervous. My nerves were unfounded as Kim was a consummate professional from beginning to end. She told me very clearly how she sold things and what prices things would sell for. Her photographs were so much better than the other vendors on the Estate sale site which helped so much. I am so grateful that she did everything she said she would when she said she would. I feel that she was 100% honest and she relieved me of a very intense job that I never could have pulled off. Thanks Kim!!! read more

Kim is absolutely wonderful! When we moved she came and organized the kitchen and the pantry and lots of closets. The best thing we did was to have her help us as we were moving in. She introduced us to a wonderful system that is still working perfectly many years later. Since we loved how she helped us we introduced her to several of our friends who also felt her to be fantastically helpful. She showed us how to organize our filing cabinets and that too has made everything easy to keep track of. Thanks a million Kim. read more

Best team in town to help organize and sell your stuff. I used them to help stage my home, sell my items and move. Excellent service and support. Kim runs an A+ team! I promise, you will be absolutely pleased with the professional yet personal service. I've referred others who are equally pleased. 5 stars in my book! read more

Stopped buy a sale last day and the lady at the door was saying negotiable. When I brought the already high priced items to her she explained why she wouldn't budge. For example, the kitchen light fixture had 6 glass globes and each one would be $5 if you had to go to the store and buy. Doesn't seem like she wants the homeowner to De-Clutter read more

We bought a new house and needed help clearing out and organizing before the move. Kim and her team were great and helped us sell/donate the stuff we didn't need. When we moved into the new house she helped us get settled and saved us a ton of time and energy. I highly recommend! read more

If I could give this group zero stars I absolutely would. The De-Clutter Box should really learn how to run an estate sale. This sale was absolute chaos! No organization....no one seems to be able to help. Only one person seemed to know what should be going on and then you had to wait as the searched the house for her. Sheesh train your workers better. It was the last day of the sale they discounted $9 on $134 worth of items....are you kidding me??? Really you call that a discount? Then to add insult to injury they tried to change the price on one of the items I was going to purchase claiming it was a limited edition and worth way more than the price THEY marked it for. If you wanted it for yourself put it in a side room. The best thing of all they had the checkout at the door so people couldn't get in or out. Can you say trust issues. Never again will I be going to one of their sales!!! read more

Kim is wonderful! 3100 SF to clean out and she had it organized in 4 days. She was neat, respectful to the house, and flexible. I was happy with dealing with her long distance and she made it easy to contact her. Everything went smoothly and the leftover things were donated and cleaned out. Highly recommended. read more
