If the staff checked my employment, they could have just denied me right there because I wasn't employed in Greenville or with ECU. They only gave me five minutes to meet the other roommate. We did not have an actual conversation, for he just ran up the staircase. If a roommate ever pulls that, immediately walk away from that complex. It's a great program and so far it's been a really smooth process taking classes online technology wise. Everything I need to access is user friendly. The tuition/cashier office has been doing really well with my student account. I've never had any problems even though I have extenuating circumstances- tuition waivers as I work for the university system. The faculty are really helpful and always address my questions and concerns in a timely manner which I was worried about since I can only communicate with them through email. Grades are always posted on time and accurately. I really appreciate the Pirate port program that they use for accessing your account. The Dowdy student store has really great prices. I recommend to everyone to rent books. The process is very easy and worry free and extremely cheap. While I am not able to visit campus, all my virtual experiences have been fantastic!

The school store is located in there, along with Panda Express, Au Bon Pain, more dining and the 4th campus Starbucks! The overall campus is so pretty and we were lucky enough to have a fantastic tour guide, Brooke P. who is also from WF. The school has so many state of the art features, new buildings, gorgeous facilities and the grounds are so beautifully landscaped. Our tour guide definitely has Pirate pride and really loves the school, she answered all of my questions and I can see why so many kids pick ECU. Our daughter is definitely applying, remains to be seen if she'll be accepted and or attend ECU, but if she chose this school, based on what we saw today, I think she'd be quite happy here!

Kayla was warm, patient, answered all of my questions, and offered OUTSTANDING customer service, hospitality, an impressive knowledge about the building and leasing company, and took the extra time to listen to my needs and tailor my tour to include ONLY what I was looking for a 1,227 sq. Ft which it is a 2 bedroom apartment. I was shown The Cove and immediately loved it. Other places I had toured had ended with pressure to sign right away, paying to be on waiting list, and having moving dates farther out than what I was looking for; that was never the case here. After I signed my lease, the customer service and willingness to go above and beyond by both Kayla and Marsha remained absolutely impressive. I love my unit. Prior to my official moving date, I came to do a walk through and any issues arose during my walk though, Marsha had them handled with the maintenance team IMMEDIATELY! The maintenance crew are simple awesome. Parking isn't an issue here; you don't feel crowded here. I don't have any pets but this community is animals friendly. They even have a place on property where you can bath your pets. Check out the pictures. The area is very quiet, clean and well lit at night. The people occupying the units are all responsible adults, so you don't have to worry about parties or excessive foot traffic in any specific area. I have ZERO complaints about safety, security or comfort at Legacy at Fire Tower. Each unit is equipped with its own alarm system. Eco-friendly/smart apartment. Recycling on premises. The list goes on. All I can say is check this place out. You might just fall in love with it just like I did.
