When I called and asked a question about the house the realtor (older male) cut me off asking if I had been preapproved already, when I responded "no, my mother was planning on purchasing it and would most likely pay for the home in full via cash" he told me he wasn't going to answer any of my questions because I was wasting his time. Never again will I use Coldwell just because of one bad egg.
