Despite agreeing to cover repairs and forfeit a $3,000 deposit, we were met with unnecessary comments and a level of aggression that felt unprofessional and unwarranted. It was especially disappointing given that we chose to work with her over many other options, expecting a level of trust and respect in return. We believe in accountability and were fully willing to take care of any legitimate damages....but respect and professionalism should go both ways. She called with short notice to show my home and then did not arrive during the window she requested. She arrived 35 minutes after without calling. Further, she did not apologize for the tardiness, possibly because she didn't want to look bad in front of her customer. Opinion - based on my experience and Brian S's experience, it seems like Ms. Delgado could afford to go through some professional growth. I wouldn't say she is hopeless, I just would want my friends to know I didn't have the best experience AND I would want Ms. Delgado to know I would appreciate more professionalism. This was my experience with her and I would think others would want to know - which is the purpose of yelp.
