Blaze does an amazing job blending strength training, cardio, core work, yoga, and mobility/stretch classes so every workout feels different and well-balanced. It keeps things fun while also helping you build real strength and flexibility. The instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, and clearly passionate about what they do. They challenge you while still offering modifications so everyone can work at their own level. There is a broad range of classes offered (from slow Bob's slow moving yoga to Michele's vigorous flow) with many different time slots available to attend. The space is clean, bright, and located in the heart of downtown. The honor system at YBD extends far and wide: all donations are made anonymously and there are no suggested fees. What a gift to the community!!! (Not to mention, an example of the true spirit of yoga). I hope patrons continue to donate what they can so that the doors of YBD can stay open for a very long time to come.
