While I didn't experience any "fluff," I thought that their chocolates actually did have some flair. They do have items for those bougie friends. Lol. I ordered a sample 6-pack truffle box ($19) that my daughters and I split together: Bee Pollen, Lavender Vanilla, Flowers of Italy, Green Chile & Salt, Pistachio in White, and Peppermint. I really should have gotten a bigger box after seeing how excited my girls were about this. Next time... I also enjoyed a discounted (due to it being broken) green chile and salt chocolate bar. They outsource other niceties: air fresheners, candles, and gelato. I wish I had stomach space for the gelato, but next time! Very nice, helpful service on the 26th. You can always count on big selection and they are typically well stocked. Sometimes I like to walk down some of the other aisles (they are organized by county/region) just to see what their foods look like. Another favorite of mine here is browsing the produce section because it is the only place I come to for Chinese eggplant. The housewares (plates/pots/pans etc.) always have nice selection of cool things. Perfect for gifting or just picking up something new for your own kitchen. My only gripe with them is they close at 6 pm. Sometimes it's a little hard to get to after work.

The host and servers were very attentive, a bit on the shy side but very nice. The options for lunch included multiple vegetarian and non vegetarian options, with all the naan you could wish for! I had some butter chicken, tandoori chicken, goat, a stuffed pastry, breaded vegetables, and rice, with mango creme custard for desert. My favorite was the butter chicken because it was smooth and tasty. The tandoori chicken had good flavor but was a bit dry. The goat was too oily for my taste but was tender, with good flavor. The stuffed pastry was interesting; I think the stuffing was filled with minced tandoori chicken and pickled carrots. The mango custard was liquid but the flavor was a glorious ending to the meal. Overall, this was a decent experience with multiple options. Even though the non-vegetarian dishes were a bit oily, they had good flavor. I'm still interested in à la carte menu for another time.

I ordered the butter chicken with rice, the tandoori chicken and Kashmir naan. i've been to this place before, but not in quite a while. The butter chicken was tasty as always, with the exception of we found two separate occasions of cartilage and or bone. The tandoori chicken was dry and not as good as when we do the lunch buffet. The Kashmir naan is filled with a mixture of pistachios and cherries and something else. I hate to say it but the naan just didn't have enough filling and 40% was just dough. Although there were issues, it's the first time we've ever encountered this and will hopefully see a difference on the next visit.
