I was OFFERED a more inclusive massage but I think that had more to do with how I was a new customer and she wanted to let me know the different options available; it was definitely NOT an upsell! Let me say, I've had a few doctors remark on how my "supraspinatal" muscles (above the shoulder blades) are like cement: very tight, very stiff and contribute to my neck pain; this can happen from a busy daily life, a bad mattress, etc .. I happen to have a chronic disorder that causes it so it's not an easy fix.. Well Lucy, the masseuse, found all the trigger points underneath my cement-like muscles and very patiently, very thoroughly, worked on them with perfect pressure, and I almost melted into the table with relief-- I'm going to sleep very well tonight, something I haven't been able to do for a long while now! I want to come back ASAP and get a foot massage (I didn't get one today because my feet are in dire need of a pedicure) and when I do, I'll definitely report back to share the details! I get my hair and lashes done by Sara and massage by Victoria. Sara is exceptional! She cuts, colors, applies extensions etc. She is always professional and very flexible with trying to fit me in her busy schedule since my work takes me out of town frequently. She does lashes the way I want them to look. She listens and doesn't scold you for not taking care of your lashes better. I've had estheticians in the past who seem to lecture me about the state of my natural lashes and it's annoying. Victoria does my deep massages. She's excellent as well.
