I always give tips before my massage here and I had the same masseuse once before but didn't have the issue I did today. So I tipped her $5 after I paid for my massage and she wasn't satisfied with that so I gave her another $5 and she still wasn't satisfied. I told her that I just want my massage that I just paid for and that I would give her another $5 after my massage. She agreed and I got my massage. After my massage she practically begged for me to give her the money I said I would give her. So I gave her a total of $15. It's absolutely fucking shitty and not ok to complain to a customer about how much tip they gave you. Be grateful I gave you a tip in the first place.

I called at 6, the lady on the phone said to come at 7 and they'd be able to accommodate a one hour foot massage. Yelp said they close at 10. The lady who did my massage seemed to have just finished and was irritated to be doing another one. She didn't pull the rag down far enough over my eyes so when I noticed only one arm alternating between aggressive leg rubs and basically stopping I opened my eyes to see her texting. She texted the entire time she worked on my legs and feet. When I turned over, she shoved her elbows into my spine and caused more pain than what I started with. My therapist was absolutely legend 5 stars level. I'm the kind of person who wants a massage thats really deep tissue, the kind where you're wondering if you'll be sore tomorrow (in a good way). Mission accomplished here. My husband, on the other hand, prefers the "press, but don't punish" kind of massage, and his therapist delivered a solid medium-to-firm pressure. We both walked out feeling like limp noodles in the best way possible. Now for downsides. The couples massage room shares a wall with Domino's pizza. So while you're trying to relax and find your Zen, the soundtrack might include wall banging, doors slamming, kitchen chaos, and shouting. Also, your therapists are the front desk, so don't be surprised if they dash out mid-massage to take a phone call or help someone else. Hustle culture is alive and well here. I respect this a lot but it does momentarily yank you out of your relaxation bubble. One more heads-up they love an upsell. Aromatherapy? $$. CBD lotion ? $$$?
