However, I paid for a 60 minute massage and I did not get a 60 minute massage. I arrived early for my appointment and when I was told by the massage therapist I could get dressed because the massage was over, it had only been 50 minutes. I have gotten other massages before at various places and they have been for the duration of massage time that I have paid for. Unfortunately, this location did not do that and I will not be back because I did not received the amount of massage time that I paid for.

They treated her like a bother because she was gifted her massage through Groupon, and they left partway through the massage without saying a word to go talk to the receptionist. They demanded a tip, saying she NEEDED to tip, and even repeated it when she was confused. I am reviewing this awful establishment in support of her because this behavior is ridiculous.

Then there's my left shoulder. Torn rotator cuff right when the pandemic hit. Didn't get it looked at for about a year. Couldn't raise my arm except for an inch or two. It got better through therapy but Haley perfected it. Without her, I was never going to play pool again. I'm ex-Navy. She's awesome. Emgee does some great stuff with heated stones and the like, plus her hands are magical too. Don't pass up this studio. Cheers.

First, thank you, Pamela, for bringing your business to Bellingham. For those who never had a Thai…read moremassage before, you will never go back to the Swedish or whatever you thought a massage was before. Pamela is legit. She learned her trade from the motherland of Thai massages --Thailand. She then moved to Hawaii, where she had a successful business for over 10 years. She still has clients begging her to come back to Oahu. Bellingham, you and I are so lucky to have her offer her services here. There's no one like her that offers Thai massages here. To learn more about her techniques, you can go onto her website for more details. But for those who know and understand what Thai massage is all about, trust me when I tell you, she's it. I fell in love with Thai massage when my husband and I visited Thai. I came back to the San Francisco Bay area in constant search for a place that could provide the same kind of service. There were a few, and they were mostly in San Francisco. Since my move here, I had not even bothered looking because, well, Bellingham doesn't offer much in variations in regards to Asian food and other massages outside of the Chinese oil based places. Well, now Bellingham, you have another option, and you won't want to go back to whatever massages you were booking before once Pamela introduces you to her massage techniques. If I could afford her on a monthly basis, I would go there monthly. As of now, it's on my "special treat" list (Mother's Day, Birthday, Valentines, Christmas, Mental Day, etc). Fyi-- there are specials that Pamela offers. Make sure you check them out. I was lucky enough to find her during Mother's Day, where she was running 50% off massages. Yes.. that's 50% off!!!!!! She also has a 50% off birthday special, too, currently. I'm not sure how long those will run. Maybe for all you "dads" there will be a Father's Day special coming soon. She's a one woman show right now, so book online if you want to get an appt with her. Calling for appointments may not get answered right away as she may be with a patient during your call. Fyi-- the business is located across Carl Cozier Elementary off Lakeway and Lincoln Street. Its a small parking lot, but there is parking. Just can't see it until you pull into the lot.

I just got out of the Marines last year and ten years of being a Combat Engineer and multiple deployments took a toll on my body. Jordan treats all the areas I tell her are hurting, and even finds more that I didn't realize were sore. She's able to provide really deep pressure, something I like and haven't always been able to get from other massage therapists. Her ability to read your muscles and adjust pressure accordingly as she moves across your body is top notch. Some massage therapists make you feel like they're just going though a routine: this body part, then move to the next, etc. Jordan adapts to your needs, making each session unique. Like I said, she's really helped me a ton with muscle aches and stress, and I can't say enough about how good she is.

The intake form was thorough (but not excessive) to ask vital questions about your health and comfort. The space is very cozy and welcoming. I have been offered water and tea every appointment and other thoughtful amenities like hot or cold stones, warm towels, fuzzy socks, aromatherapy lotions (all optional). I would highly recommend this business to others. My experience has made a positive difference in the pain and tension I hold, especially in my neck, back and shoulders. The treatment plan is working well and I look forward to continuing care here.
