My masseur was completely tuned in to my body and comfortability level, checking in periodically, even though she really didn't even need to because she was spot on the entire time . She even explained some of the obscure areas that were strangely connected and loosened up spots that I didn't even realize were so tense. My body has never felt so limber and relaxed after a massage. I will definitely be returning, and I'm going to make it a 90- minute next time. :)

Satori has no concern for patient care or treatment. I went in for treatment due to a slip and…read morefall accident. Satori interrupted treatment stating my insurance company wasn't paying. I called my insurance company several times and they stated every appointment had been paid. Satori argued stating no payments were received from insurance. After several weeks Satori found out from her billing company that in fact insurance company had paid as stated but none of the payments were posted. If Satori would have taken the time to look into the issue, she would have found out there was no issue!!!! But instead, Satori refused to let her massage therapists provide treatment. When Satori's notification system had a glitch and she was notified, she did nothing. Several people received notification that they had no upcoming appointments including me. No show fee was applied due to company error and services were once again interrupted until massage therapist waived 'no show ' fee. I had also purchased a red light therapy package hoping that would help alleviate pain. Satori constantly would cancel appointments last minute so this didn't help. One morning Satori called stating she wasn't coming into the office to provide the service because she wasn't done packing for her camping trip - total lack of professional and no concern for the client!!!!! I got a referral to one of the many other massage therapy companies in Whatcom County that accepts my insurance. I still had 8 visits left on my referral but decided to go to another well known local provider that actually cares about their clients!!!

Dr. Constantin is a miracle worker! I hobbled my way into…read morehis office for an "emergency" adjustment last week. His staff was able to squeeze me in almost right away, despite the fact that I wasn't an established patient. They were also very knowledgeable about my insurance and exactly what would and would not be covered -- a rarity in any medical office! Dr. Constantin took ex-rays and went over them with me in great detail. He showed me why I was in pain. He also pointed out some areas of concern for the future and shared some actionable ideas for maintenance and prevention of problems going forward. We're not talking about the typical, "lift with your legs, not your back," sort of advice, but much more personalized to my particular situation and physiology. Then it was time for the adjustment. Dr. Constantin isn't a snap-crackle-pop chiropractor. His adjustments are very similar to those performed by an osteopathist, if you've been fortunate enough to find one that does adjustments. He's gentle and precise in his alignments, and I left his office nearly pain-free with no residual muscle spasms -- quite a change from barely being able to walk or stand when I arrived! If you're looking for a great chiropractor in the Ferndale, Blaine or even Bellingham area, Dr. Constantin should be at the very top of your list!
