I went here for a few months to get adjustments after giving birth. The appointments went fine, but four months after I stopped going a got a notice in the mail saying I owed some money. Since I had had a baby within the year, I had met my out of pocket max for medical and this clinic was within my insurance network, so I definitely should not have owed anything. I called my insurance, and they said they had covered 100% of my visits. So when I called the clinic to explain this, Dr. Constantin said that she needed to "stay in business" and that it didn't matter that I had met my out of pocket max. When I asked what the charges were for I didn't get a straight answer. I tried to re-explain and was shut down. I realized after the phone conversation and looking over the statement again that the charges she was saying I was responsible for were basically for no reason and were fees she was adding to my bill after she charged my insurance so she could get more money. I wrote an email to the clinic explaining yet again that I would need her to send the final charges to my insurance since I've met my out of pocket max and the response I got was "please find another chiropractor". Needless to say, if you want to be swindled out of money for chiropractic care you can go here, but I would definitely not recommend it. The whole thing seems like insurance fraud to me. read more

Another great find in our new neighborhood. Since moving cross country I have had some weird neck, shoulder and arm pains. I attributed it to the move but it's been 5 months and I made an appointment for me and my husband to have an adjustment. Dr. Susan is quite delightful. She chats and made the entire initial assessment and adjustment so comfortable and pleasant. I definitely felt so much better after today and we both scheduled a follow up in a week. I believe a good chiropractor is key to a healthy mind and body and I feel we have found a great one. read more

Dr Pierre has been myself & my family's Chiropractor for many years. He is thorough and efficient and I can usually get in pretty quick. I'm appreciative of his style, he does the manipulative style- although his wife does the little " cherry pitter" style ( which isn't my favorite, but I know some prefer) He's helped me many times. I like to go see him every couple months to just keep me aligned as a preventative maintenance measure. read more

I had bad pelvic pain throughout my second pregnancy. My physical therapist said a muscle or bone was likely out of place and recommended going to the chiropractor. Sara helped me a lot. I was seen just 3 times but a combination of the stretches she recommended and her work significantly reduced my pain. I never felt pressured to make more appointments. My insurance doesn't cover chiropractic care but she gave me a very reasonable price. Highly recommend! read more

After suffering from a sprained back and shoulder as long as I could tolerate it, I visited Constantin Chiropractic Clinic in Ferndale, WA today. Dr. Susan Constantin was very attentive and a good listener. Then I quietly let her get to work on manipulating and realigning the spine. She used a systematic process custom tailored to my particular situation. Using careful measurements and taking notes throughout the process, the doctor targeted the issues and eliminated the resulting effects. There was NO up-selling, hidden fees, suggested products, add-on charges for also using gimmick machines, nor a prescribed scheduling of further treatments. This is SO DIFFERENT than shops that commonly speed patients through some generic adjustment then tap the insurance for all it's worth. In my situation, I also needed some serious massage therapy. I prefer 2-hour sessions, since 1-hour isn't enough time to work on areas that need targeted attention, plus get around to all the rest of the body. I really did not know what to expect with their massage therapist Joel, but why not give him a try I thought. (I've received theraputic massage from lady therapists in the past.) Joel is in a professional class of therapists that understands skeletal and muscular actions, reactions and interactions. He listens to his patients, then goes to work targeting solutions for specific problems. He exhibited a deeper understanding of how all the body's array of elements work both together, and at times can work against each other. He concluded with demonstrating 3 stretches specific to my situation that could help alleviate needing his services in the future.
