I have had problems with my right shoulder for over 15 years and have always resorted to not using it as the only method of letting it heal when it was "acting up". Dr. Lockwood worked with me when my shoulder started to hurt from the new activity of lifting and working out in the gym. I was able to continue working out, getting stronger and more fit and the shoulder stopped causing me problems! I am so relieved and have a new found belief in my body because of the work I have done with Dr. Lockwood! If you are looking for a chiropractor, I would definitely recommend Dr. Lockwood. His welcoming personality and willingness and ability to explain things to you make his visits a great experience!

Melissa at Bellingham Massage Clinic is fantastic. She has a genuine interest in your overall well being. There is a lot of benefit to going to someone who gets to know you, rather than a spa, or massage outlet, that just processes you through the system. I had never understood why people raved about massages so much, I had been to a couple of massage therapists and hadn't found the "right" one. I am now one of those people who rave about a massage.

The laser therapy was great too but the decompression chair is my fave..I love that thing! Thank you, Dr. Dakota and Rosemary and Elin. After dealing with…read morescoliosis-related pain for years, I had accepted that discomfort during weight training was just something I would have to live with. Thanks to Dr. Dakota's expertise, personalized care, and genuine commitment to his patients, that is no longer the case. Dr. Dakota takes the time to listen, thoroughly explains treatment options, and creates a plan that addresses the root cause of the problem rather than just treating symptoms. He is extremely knowledgeable and works with you to develop a treatment plan that fits your goals and what you want to achieve. What really sets Envision Chiropractic apart is their transparency. They are very upfront about the costs, explain everything clearly, and there is absolutely no high-pressure sales approach. They offer a fantastic $47 new-patient special that includes X-rays, a consultation, and a review of your results with a customized treatment plan. I appreciated that they took the time to discuss my options and let me decide what worked best for me. The entire staff is welcoming, friendly, and professional. One of the biggest game changers for me has been the decompression machine. Combined with regular adjustments, it has made a tremendous difference in my mobility, strength, and overall quality of life. For the first time in years, I can weight train without pain. If you're looking for honest, effective chiropractic care from a team that truly cares about its patients, I highly recommend Dr. Dakota and everyone at Envision Chiropractic.

Health is a very important subject to me ever since I was a young man. When I joined the US Navy,…read moreone of my choices to go to was medical field and fortunately It was given to me. I spent 20 years doing various areas of medicine, even orthopedics. Not thinking that there is more to ortho when it comes to skeletal problems. Chiropractic medicine was introduced to me after I got older and started having problems with my back that a routine medication cannot resolve. I first went to Barkley Chiropractic and met Dr. Arnold who adjusted my back and made it feel so much better without the use of medication. Unfortunately I developed a condition where I had to stop going to him. After three long years my condition got better and I can again get a chiropractic adjustments. Barkley Chiropractic had moved to a new location and now called New Life with the same great staff but with more advanced equipments and a larger space. The treatments has even improved since Dr Arnold now has an assistant that is aspiring to become a full pledge chiropractor. All in all, am very happy that I'm back seeing them again.

I see Janeen weekly and have so far (in 4 months) lost 50 lbs using the Ideal Protein protocol. Janeen has the title "Health Coach" and oversees the Ideal Protein protocol for patients. She has done the program and knows the ins-and-outs. I have done the Ideal Protein program before and have found Janeen to be a much more friendly, compassionate, and competent coach. Each weekly session includes weighing in and taking measurements. Every 10 lbs she administers a body composition test (cool!) We always have time to talk about the prior week and challenges to come. I enjoy our time together each week (a very good thing for a weight loss program). Janeen is serious about her job and offers excellent guidance through the weight loss process. She has offered many timely and helpful insights to my struggles and has helped me focus on the real challenge of overweight, de-emphasizing food in day-to-day life. The office is sometimes very busy and sometimes quiet, it depends on if the Chiropractor is in. The treatment rooms are like cubicles, open with low walls. Luckily Janeen's office is a normal room with a door that closes.

I was recently seen at this clinic due to years of ongoing concern of pain in various parts of my…read morebody. The receptionist had some of the best professionalism and transparency. I was very pleased with how smooth the scheduling process went and how accommodating they were with my busy work schedule. I was seen by two providers (let's say provider 1 and provider 2 for privacy purposes). Provider 1 was very helpful by discovering a baseline and developing a course of action to strengthen some of the weaker aspects of my body. Provider 1 communicated with me that they were going to be out of town for 2 weeks. They also recommended that I were to be seen 2x a week for 4 weeks. So a different provider was assigned to me in their absence. A couple of days later provider 2 saw me for the first time and we discussed my history again. As soon as they were finished doing a basic adjustment with me they mentioned they typically spend their first appointment with a patient discussing history to later develop a plan. Do providers not refer to prior patient notes at all? Wouldn't have provided 1 laid out a game plan for provider 2 to pick up at? They proceeded to tell me that they would continue to address my concerns at the next appointment. Forget about it. My job only covers 12 appointments a year and I was finished with wasting my time. Major logistical issues. Why would provider 1 be assigned to me if they knew they were going to be gone? That ruins the streamline for continuity. Provider 2 didn't seem to even mention any of my concerns and when it comes to my health and wellbeing I would rather spend time elsewhere.
