My water heater had been giving me trouble over the last couple of months, shutting off sporadically. While I was usually able to reset it myself, it finally gave out completely. There was no gas coming through the line, and it just wouldn't ignite. I called Shellback, and within two hours, Moises arrived at my place. He was incredibly responsive, immediately diagnosed the issues, and gave me a clear breakdown of the work needed and the estimated timeline. The fix required replacing both the thermal pilot assembly and the gas control valve. Since the parts were covered under the manufacturer's warranty, he had to source them from an authorized dealer. To make sure we weren't left completely out in the cold, Moises got the gas ignitor working temporarily on day one. By 9:00am the very next morning, he had already picked up the warrantied parts and finished the permanent replacement! As a great bonus, he also flushed the water heater for routine maintenance before wrapping up. I was blown away by the turnaround time. From my initial call to a fully repaired, flushed system in under 24 hours. Exceptional service from Moises and the team. Highly recommended!

Also obsolesces, they installed a new sink for washing hands and attached the vent pipe to another vent pipe. That's not allowed. They had to come back and install a new vent pipe for the sink. This costing extra monies, extending many months of opening, and many months of lost rents. This causing hungry employees, new restaurant owner to suffer because of thief, poor management from Shellback regarding obsolesces and landlords to have a big loss. So sad, !!!

He then spent some time explaining what to expect when he returns. We very much appreciated Jay's flexibility with our schedule by delaying his start time so I could drop off my husband at the airport. When he arrived with Daniel, they first prepped the work area and covered our floors from the front door to our daughter's bedroom. Jay kept me informed of their progress, showed me the issue and explained how it happened. When the work was complete, everything was cleaned as if they were never there.
