    We had a very frustrating experience with No Limit Carts…read more The only positive thing I can say is that when my husband spoke with Josh, he tried to be as helpful as he could. Unfortunately, the lack of communication within the company seemed to leave him without the information needed to provide clear answers. We scheduled a pickup for our Icon golf cart in mid-March, and it was picked up on March 19. Over the next four weeks, my husband followed up multiple times and was told that a warranty claim had been submitted and they were just waiting to hear back from Icon. After getting inconsistent answers, I contacted another dealer out of state who told me this didn't sound right. So, I reached out to Icon directly. An Icon representative informed me they had been waiting for weeks on a simple photo from No Limit Carts to process the warranty claim--and had reached out multiple times without receiving a response. We asked No Limit Carts to send the photo, were told it would be done immediately, but it still wasn't sent. Fortunately, I had a photo and provided it myself, which allowed the claim to finally move forward. Once Icon received the photo, the warranty was processed and the part shipped within 3 days. Had No Limit Carts submitted the requested photo when it was first asked for (March 25), this likely would have been resolved in about two weeks. Instead, the process dragged out to over six weeks due to lack of follow-through. At that point, we lost confidence and asked for our cart to be returned so we could install the part ourselves. It was delivered 7 hours later than the scheduled time. We were originally quoted $150 for pickup/delivery and $120 for diagnostics but were charged $300.44. The Icon representative we worked with also indicated this level of delay and lack of response is not typical and recommended working with a different dealer in the future if possible. Overall, the experience was marked by: Poor internal communication Delays that could have been easily avoided Lack of follow-through on basic tasks Pricing that didn't match what we were told Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
