We stayed here for my sister-in-law's wedding and I must say this is a great place which is clean and relaxing. If you are in an around Chattanooga, I would suggest this is the best place to be What's amazing: 1) They give you free drink/ soda (don't remember if it was beer or drink). I didnt use it coz I don't drink and we came back late but otherwise it was a welcome bonus 2) The breakfast has live omelette counter 3) Place is clean and inviting 4) Close to highway and restaurants Not so good: 1) Almost nothing for vegetarian/ vegans - I just ate a banana for breakfast 2) The breakfast timing is 6:30-9:30. it would be great if they can extend it to 10 AM 3) The entry to the front gate from the main road is confusing Overall, if you are looking for a great place without a lot of money, this is a good place to be

There is valet and a parking garage that you can use with your room key (complimentary) or charged without one. There are areas that are more dated, including the elevators. Some of it adds to the charm while a couple of things make you give a side eye and just happy it worked out. Unfortunately, I didn't get to experience all this hotel offers since I was out and about often. I did pop over to their rooftop bar, High Rail, and enjoyed my brief time spent there. Rooms were clean, spacious, air worked well. Lighting could use improvement. Overall, I would book again and plan to so that I can check out everything they offer.

I was in town for a wedding and this was the recommended hotel. I'm a Hilton Gold member and I was…read morerecognized as such when I checked in. The hotel is nice and spacious. My room was clean and very comfortable, with a small couch, table and chair. The bathroom was well kept, with plenty of space for your toiletries. However, I was given a room on the second floor that looked out onto the lobby roof and the parking garage. I expected a room with a better view given my Gold status. The staff was pleasant and helpful. However, I found the internet appeared to be spotty at times. You had to reconnect every morning to the internet, which I do not recall this being required at other Hilton properties I stayed at, especially a Curio Collection hotel. In addition, you sometimes had to reconnect while in your room. One day, I went down to breakfast and although I re-checked onto the internet that morning, by the time I got downstairs, it was off again and I had to re-check in again. The parking garage on the property was free (you need to pull a ticket at first), and you get in and out with your room key. However, if you should stay passed your checkout time (like I did for lunch), when I went to use the key to leave the garage, it did not work. I had to repark, go back to the Front Desk and get the key card re-programmed. The gentleman at the Front Desk said the key card becomes nonresponsive at checkout time. I recommend the Front Desk inform its guests of this cutoff so that if you should enjoy lunch there or want to walk around the area before leaving, you are aware of this situation before you walk out to the garage and have to come back in.

I'm from the area and came in to visit family and for a wedding as well. My only real complaint is about room service. I stayed 5 nights and not once was my room cleaned by staff or even offered by anyone to do so. A supply truck didn't arrive on the day it was scheduled so a Manager or Staff Member had to go to Target to buy toilet paper and other essentials for staying guests. I understand supply chain issues happen so I'm not upset with that. The hotel is new tho

Where do I begin?!? We've had problems since we checked in. Problem #1 ants in the living room…read morearea. Problem #2 the mattress on the pullout bed was horrible!! You could feel the spring coming through the cloth. #3 there was no sheets, quilts/ comforters do the pullout bed. We had to go downstairs to get some. #4 the phone was not working in our room so we could not call downstairs to request ANYTHING! #5 we asked for our room to be cleaned/ bed changed new towel etc... We came back to the room and nothing was cleaned and we had no sheets etc....on our bed. #6~I'm writing this review as I sit here and witness so many guests who have not paid, enter the pool area with their children half way supervised. The adults are on the patio while the kids are running around. When we walked in there was a female attendant at the desk. I was waiting until she finished talking ( it seemed as if she was talking to another coworker) and then she stops and just stares at me. I wanted to inquire about our room that had ants and wanted to know if it had been taken care of. While I'm talking I see a group of people walking behind me. When the attendant finished speaking with me she goes and hug one of the people in the large party, and they head straight for the pool. We go upstairs to change and come back down to a pool and patio area full of people. It's over 15 kids (excluding my 2) in the pool with only 2 adults supervising. The rest are outside sitting, listening to music, playing football. I'm assuming this is a birthday party because someone just brought in some balloons. I didn't think hotels had birthday party's like this. More kids are coming and now it's only 1 adult watching all these kids. A father and son just came down to go swimming and in a matter of seconds they change their mind and turn around. Also, we were unable to control the temperature of the refrigerator so therefore the items we bought to put in the refrigerator never got cold. There was a sign saying that the ice machine was on the third and seventh floor. I went to go get ice and there was a out of order sign saying to go to the barn to get ice. I went to the bar to get ice and the bartender informed me to look to the right if I wanted to get some ice, and there was a tub with ice in it with a Scooper in it. Think of all the germs. People use the scoopers with their bare hands and put it back in the ice for you to consume this hotel has got to do better. Also, if you're allergic to cats stay clear of this place. Cats are roaming in the lobby of the building. When we woke up Sunday morning there were ants crawling in the stand where the tv is. Housekeeping does not come everyday. The trash cans remained full all weekend and we had to use shopping bags to put trash in. If you're looking for a nice hotel to stay in, please stay clear of this one!

Hands down, absolute worst hotel experience ever. I didn't have pet smells like other reviewers, rather my room (110) was covered in black mold. The wall next to the HVAC is literally black. There is a painting on the wall that's also covered in mold. The room was so damp, the bedding felt wet. I opened a bag of chips in the room and they went stale within 5 minutes. We actually got up at 3:30am just to get the heck out of this place as soon as possible. I let the front desk girl know about the issue. She took my contact info and said a manager would call me. It's been a week and no one has called. Listen, if you're on a long drive and need to sleep, literally just pull over on the side of the road and sleep in a ditch. You'll have better accommodations. Heck, falling asleep at the wheel and crashing might be a better experience than staying in this cow heap of a hotel. This place is beyond disgusting, totally unhealthy, and should be condemned. Also to note, there was black dog hair on the bedding. I have a white cat so it wasn't from my stay. Did they even wash the bedding between guests? Looks like the answer is no. Mmm mmm sleeping in some stranger's dirty bedding. Just what everyone wants when they're paying almost $200 for a hotel room. /s
